Totally enjoyed our stay, our bags came a day later and the staff , especially the managers went way out of their way to help us! A beautiful resort, clean, spacious, plenty of restaurants with delicious food! Rooms could benfit from an update but are still very nice and comfortable, couldnt fault housekeeping, Suardika was an awesome friendly guy, ensured our room was always spotless and well stocked Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent hotel. Housekeeper Edi was the sweetest - left the room spotless every night, folded the towels into amazing shapes and was very friendly. Left a truly big impression. Beach area is great, beach cleaners do an excellent job and so does the rest of the service staff. Breakfast has a lot of options, only downside is that you need to order the hot drinks through the waiters which can lead to it taking a bit long. Perhaps a more suitable option would be to have machines so you can help yourself. The waiters do an amazing job though.

We stayed with the Nusa dua beach hotel for the last part of our 3 week trip and how amazing it was!! We was celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade with our room. The staff were incredible and made our trip with the resort amazing!! The resort itself is beautiful with so many amenities and dining options especially being right on the beach. We will 100% be back to stay as we absolutely loved it, was definitely a highlight of our trip.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel at home from the very first moment. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices, and the spa was a perfect place to relax and recharge. Everything was simply perfect – from the beach to the service. L’organizzazione della cena romantica sulla spiaggia arreca molto disconfort agli altri turisti che hanno pagato in ogni caso una buona sistemazione sulla spiaggia medesima. Forse sarebbe meglio dedicare spazi appositi per cene romantiche in modo da non arrecare disturbo agli altri frequentatori dell’Hotel.

いつもバリに行く時は宿泊しています。リピーターです。建物がエキゾチックで気に入っています。スタッフの方たちも非常に親切です。海はプライベートビーチです。ビーチは遠浅で干潮時は泳げませんが、子供用含めプールが３つあります。朝食はバイキングスタイルで美味しいです。夕食はホテル内のレストランが少ないので、長く滞在すると飽きるかもしれません。私のお気に入りは海辺にあるレストランです。波の音を聞きながら飲むビールは美味しいです。周辺エリアはホテルだけです。街に行くにはタクシーを手配する必要があります。

A lovely resort right on the beachfront. Amazing gardens and pools and lots of activities available. The breakfast buffet is incredible, but the other dining options are overpriced for what you get. The rooms are comfortable, but could do with a bit of a facelift.

We booked 2 rooms from different website. The check in took quite a time, it’s the longest check in I had have experienced, I booked through hotels.com, and it said free breakfast for kids but when I checked in they said I booked from the third party expedia and I need to pay extra for my daughter’s breakfast, the rate at hotels.com is overpriced. The room is okay, just we have bad luck with the guest from the room next door who always having conversation at night on the phone with very loud voice and sometimes screaming, we could not sleep well. The hotel and surrounding is nice especially the beach.

A lovely resort right on the beachfront. Amazing gardens and pools and lots of activities available. The breakfast buffet is incredible, but the other dining options are overpriced for what you get. The rooms are comfortable, but could do with a bit of a facelift.

Nusa Dua beach Hotel and Spa was a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great and the pool areas and other ammenities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service. We would definitely consider staying again.

We booked 2 rooms from different website. The check in took quite a time, it’s the longest check in I had have experienced, I booked through hotels.com, and it said free breakfast for kids but when I checked in they said I booked from the third party expedia and I need to pay extra for my daughter’s breakfast, the rate at hotels.com is overpriced. The room is okay, just we have bad luck with the guest from the room next door who always having conversation at night on the phone with very loud voice and sometimes screaming, we could not sleep well. The hotel and surrounding is nice especially the beach.
