빌라 자체도 넓고 수영장도 생각보다 커서 좋습니다. 스태프들이 친절하고 소통도 원활해서 편하게 지냈습니다. 우기이고 나무, 풀이 많아서 벌레 걱정을 많이 했는데 생각보다 빌라 내부에서는 벌레를 많이 못 봤고 매일 저녁 모기향을 피워주고 내부에도 약을 뿌려줘서 모기에 하나도 안 물렸습니다. 1층이랑 2층에 각각 방이 하나씩 있는데 1층 방이랑 거실이 별도의 건물에 있어서 거실에서 방에 가려면 외부를 통해야하는 점은 좀 불편했습니다.

The staff are just amazing. From start to finish, all of the staff, from reception to the restaurant (which provided the wonderful daily breakfasts) to the staff who looked after our villa with the daily cleaning and make-up of the villa, were just wonderful!! I can't recommend this place enough.

The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size.

Ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal di ikon seminyak. Segala-galanya adalah baik. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Makanan yang hebat dan vila yang hebat. Bar mini percuma, minum petang, dan daftar minuman, serta perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang! Saya suka tempat ini begitu banyak! Biliknya bersih. Saya akan kembali!

Our first impression was the villa did not look clean. After we settled down, we agreed the bedroom is clean except the toilet seat cover needs to be changed as there were yellow stains. I did feedback to the staff as well. The doors need to be vanished and pool needs a deep clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. AC & water is powerful & hot enough. The staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is decent except latte is really weak for a coffee drinker. I requested for a stronger latte the next day but I think they did not understand. Lastly, it is located at the back of the busy road (approximately 300 metres) making it dangerous to walk alone in the dark alley at night. The villa does not provide mosquito repellent in the mosquitoes infested villa, pls get one before arrival. Mosquito coil provided after 6pm is not good enough unless u wrapped yourself up.

Amazing villa, fantastic food and lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble - we always felt safe and reception kindly called taxis for us when venturing out. Perfect location, quiet enough but close enough to the action. We’ll be back for sure!

Stayed here for 5 days, and what a stay we had! Service here is excellent, beyond excellent, and if not for fantastic service, our stay would not have happened. Ms Kurnia and her colleague went out of their way to make this stay possible for us. They worked some magic for which we are truly grateful. Communication was easy, fantastic English. During our stay, WhatsApp texts allowed for us to place our teatime and breakfast orders no matter where we were. This is extremely convenient. Some breakfast and tea time items were a hit, some much less but there's good food all around Bali anyway. Dining aside, the villa itself was spacious, the pool did not feel extremely cold even in rainy weather and the bathroom was spacious! Overall, great location, great villa, and more importantly, absolutely fantastic service! Thank you so much, Ms Kurnia and your friend, who helped us make this stay possible!

On 22/1 the whole villa did not have water from 9:00 until 4:00pm (6hours). Staff could only say it was fixing without any contingency plan provided. The toilet bowl in one of the rooms was leaking causing extremely terrible smell filled in the whole room. Everyday we complained and the staff came and tried to fix but in vain. No room was offered to change. They just covered the smell by spraying room refresher. Not acceptable at all. When asked for senior management attention, the staff said she was on CNY holiday and not in Bali.

Fabulous!!! We love this place! The room was clean, very comfortable and so romantic with private pool. The staff was amazing. They are very nice, friendly, and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali.

For peace and relaxation the villa was perfect staff were very friendly and helpful the walled garden gives you a feeling of safety and seclusion. The food was excellent service 5 star

Amazing villa, fantastic food and lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble - we always felt safe and reception kindly called taxis for us when venturing out. Perfect location, quiet enough but close enough to the action. We’ll be back for sure!

Stayed here for 5 days, and what a stay we had! Service here is excellent, beyond excellent, and if not for fantastic service, our stay would not have happened. Ms Kurnia and her colleague went out of their way to make this stay possible for us. They worked some magic for which we are truly grateful. Communication was easy, fantastic English. During our stay, WhatsApp texts allowed for us to place our teatime and breakfast orders no matter where we were. This is extremely convenient. Some breakfast and tea time items were a hit, some much less but there's good food all around Bali anyway. Dining aside, the villa itself was spacious, the pool did not feel extremely cold even in rainy weather and the bathroom was spacious! Overall, great location, great villa, and more importantly, absolutely fantastic service! Thank you so much, Ms Kurnia and your friend, who helped us make this stay possible!

On 22/1 the whole villa did not have water from 9:00 until 4:00pm (6hours). Staff could only say it was fixing without any contingency plan provided. The toilet bowl in one of the rooms was leaking causing extremely terrible smell filled in the whole room. Everyday we complained and the staff came and tried to fix but in vain. No room was offered to change. They just covered the smell by spraying room refresher. Not acceptable at all. When asked for senior management attention, the staff said she was on CNY holiday and not in Bali.

Fabulous!!! We love this place! The room was clean, very comfortable and so romantic with private pool. The staff was amazing. They are very nice, friendly, and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali.
