One of the most beautiful exquisite resorts i have ever been to. The rooms and view were some of the best in bali. The food was amazing. The service so kind amd sweet. This feels more like a 5 star that a 4 star.

Absolutely loved my stay here at Suarga and it is probably one of my favourite hotels ever! Felt so welcomed by the staff right from the start and throughout my stay, the rooms were gorgeous, the pool at sunset was magical, hearing the ocean waves through the shutters, the beautiful wood floors in the rooms, seeing monkeys swinging around through the trees… it was wonderful! Would love to return again some day!

Our stay was a disappointment. We arrived late, tired and hungry and found out our room was extremely small and couldn't even fit our luggage, so they wanted to help us with an upgrade - however the bathroom ceiling was open and they kept warning us of the monkeys stealing things, so we couldn't stay there. The only room that was ok size and closed bathroom cost a whole lot more and they weren't willing to upgrade us there nor do something on the price. It's already a too expensive hotel.
Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and in nature, and
everything is made of beautiful nature material. However, the experience and service did not live up to the price. We stayed in many other 4-5 star hotels around Bali and this does not have the same service feeling.
The wifi was barely working.
It's a special hotel so be sure you know what the you're booking beforehand. If you're in to comfort this is not the place. Also a lot of stairs.
Pool was gorgeous. Close to Padang padang beach, but the beach is a bit dirty, although it has nice vibe.

The property was nice but we had money stolen out of our room and the hotel did nothing to about it nor did they accommodate us in any way for the $200.00 USD that went missing. I wasn't very impressed with their response....but the room was nice, the views were spectacular and the hotel is centrally located to the beach and shops.

We had a bad stay. From the check-in service that was not good, they never explained how the hotel worked to us, to when we wanted to check out and there were no people at the reception at 6 am. Very uncomfortable bathroom outside the dark room. We bought a CocaCola at the bar and when it arrived a bee felt inside the glass., we asked for it to be changed and they wanted to charge us. The breakfast is terrible, they charge you separately for everything. We expected much more from the hotel. We leave with a bad feeling.

Nice villas with patio overlooking the ocean. Each unit is pretty much just a bed with hidden door leading to bathroom. Windows have no glass panels and only blinds but openings them would invite bugs into the room.

The hotel is beautiful and so intentionally designed. I loved relaxing around the resort including the amazing pool & massage by the ocean hut. Staff were so incredible and attentive.

Great place to stay overall and great location with excellent staff. Only slight downside for us was the early room cleaning calls and constant noise from the main road nearby however this can’t be avoided. The morning room cleans start at like 9am/9:30 which was too early for us and there was a bit of a language barrier when we asked to be the last room cleaned however generally overall; a great place.

We stayed in the Wantilan Deluxe Suite with ocean view and highly recommend this room. The view from our room and overall resort is amazing and worth the price. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Pools are pleasant and place is very clean. Location is perfect- being able to walk to the beach. We would stay again next time we are in Bali.
Some things to consider, but wasn’t a bit issue for us. Food and drinks are expensive on site, which is somewhat understandable due to the view. There is no TV or kettle in the room. At times, there are monkeys passing through the resort and would sometimes come on our balcony. We were just told to not leave anything outside and they were often moved along by staff.

Property was beautiful, on the cliffs overlooking the ocean.
Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Food prices, and services were ridiculously overpriced for the area. We live in Los Angeles right on the ocean, and the food/alcohol prices were equivalent to the hyper inflated prices in our area. But worse because the serving sizes were smaller than our local restaurants and lower quality. If you ordered a glass of white wine for example, they would pour it into a smaller than normal white wine glass and only fill it half way. Very frustrating and felt like we were being taken advantage of, considering the prices of food and services at other hotels and restaurants in the area.
Finally, on our last day, we ordered breakfast right before being taken to the airport and both my son and I got food poisoning. We know it was the breakfast because it was our first meal of the day and did not eat anything else before getting violently sick. We both ordered the eggs and suspect that was the culprit. If you are going to inflate your prices to insulting levels, your kitchen better be able to practice the highest level of food handling integrity.
Will not recommend this property and will not be returning. The only reason we gave any stars for this hotel is because the property itself was beautiful and most of the staff were wonderful. As for the management, I would give them zero stars for insulting their customers.

We had an amazing stay at Suarga! Exceptional staff, incredible food, the most amazing views and unbelievable architecture. There are some small things that make the hotel not what I would label as a full five star, but the above listed things make up for it. Some notes: there is no hot water or coffee in the room and breakfast/ coffeee does not begin until 7:30am which is way too late in my book. The AC is not very cold but they did bring us a fan that helped a ton. The rooms are small without anywhere to sit besides the bed but there was room to put a small couch or chair so that would be another recommendation. Outdoor bathrooms are so gorgeous but there are monkeys so if you have to go in the middle of the night, it’s an adventure. Haha goes with the territory. All in all, the staff and property and food made it lovely and despite the things lacking with the room that we are used to at a 5 star, we will stay here again!
