We had a great time at the Grand. It's not on the beach, but this is fine and only 1km away. You can catch the free shuttle to the beach club every two hours or walk, or borrow the push bikes. Its very handy to the airport, or Uluwata and Jimbaran. The staff are amazing 👏

There are many hotels in the area that tastes of Western capital, but the friendly and dedicated staff, the homely atmosphere that reminded me of home even though I was in a foreign country, the delicious food and the wonderful smiles of the staff were impressive. Free shuttle bus to private beach a welcome bonus. Excellent location for Nusa Dua shops & restaurants. 3 star hotel.Need some upgrading. The staff where super serviceminded, even is some had poor english. The room was 55 sq and clean, but high humidity and some smell. We had aircon problem they fixed twice. 2 nice pools dept 1,2m. This hotel is used by russian travel agent, so we met many russians and no Scandinavians. Every 2nd hours transport to beach. Massage and marked just outside the hotel. Nice breakfast. No glutenfree options.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️

My daughter and I stayed for a week. This was our first visit to Bali and we loved it. The staff are so helpful and kind. We used the hotel pick up as the plane arrived at 10.30pm. The whole process was very smooth. We hired a car and driver from the hotel and he put together a half day tour for us. It was awesome. They have free trips to their beach club and they will drop you off at a major shopping centre (Bali Collection) and pick you up on the way home. The beach club serves drinks and food which operates on a tab for your hotel account.We used room service and ate in at the restaurant and both were great. There is a 24 hour supermarket and a very good day spa across the road and the hotel security staff stop traffic so you can cross with safety. This is an older style hotel and we loved the traditional buildings, numerous fountains and the beautiful pool area, coupled with the outstanding service.

It’s a lovely older style property with big rooms The pools are lovely and clean and close to the rooms. The staff were delightful nothing was too much trouble. The staff noticed that I was having trouble with the stairs and immediately changed our rooms. I never requested it as it was my fault I but they were observant. I would definitely stay there again!

Free shuttle bus to private beach a welcome bonus. Excellent location for Nusa Dua shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend if you are after a more "local" style hotel compared to the big corporate hotel chains.

3 star hotel.Need some upgrading. The staff where super serviceminded, even is some had poor english. The room was 55 sq and clean, but high humidity and some smell. We had aircon problem they fixed twice. 2 nice pools dept 1,2m. This hotel is used by russian travel agent, so we met many russians and no Scandinavians. Every 2nd hours transport to beach. Massage and marked just outside the hotel. Nice breakfast. No glutenfree options.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️

My daughter and I stayed for a week. This was our first visit to Bali and we loved it. The staff are so helpful and kind. We used the hotel pick up as the plane arrived at 10.30pm. The whole process was very smooth. We hired a car and driver from the hotel and he put together a half day tour for us. It was awesome. They have free trips to their beach club and they will drop you off at a major shopping centre (Bali Collection) and pick you up on the way home. The beach club serves drinks and food which operates on a tab for your hotel account.We used room service and ate in at the restaurant and both were great. There is a 24 hour supermarket and a very good day spa across the road and the hotel security staff stop traffic so you can cross with safety. This is an older style hotel and we loved the traditional buildings, numerous fountains and the beautiful pool area, coupled with the outstanding service.

We have stayed at this hotel before and again are expectations were met and more. We got an upgraded room on arrival. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are lovely and it was quiet. We used the shuttle bus to Bali Collection and the beach club . The beach club beach was clean . We will definitely be returning

It’s a lovely older style property with big rooms The pools are lovely and clean and close to the rooms. The staff were delightful nothing was too much trouble. The staff noticed that I was having trouble with the stairs and immediately changed our rooms. I never requested it as it was my fault I but they were observant. I would definitely stay there again!
