8. The use of building and parking facilities follows the applicable rules of each building / apartment building management and the provisions may change any time.
9. All tenants of Tower Duxton, Bristol, and Claymore are required to use Face Verification access, any violation of the house rules may result in access revocation by the Building Management.
10. There is a shuttle provided by Building Management with the following conditions: - Shuttle operational hours follow Building Management (BM) operational hours. - Maximum 4 people. - Registration to use the shuttle is in the Jervois tower lobby.
