Stay here on a regular basis when visiting Cork on business, clean room, tea, coffee, water, room safe, iron and board, hair dryer. Dinner great value.

Staff were great and the main hotel is also a lovely building. Lovely reception area. The bathrooms of the bedrooms unfortunately let the hotel and stay down very badly. We arrived to find a bathroom that smelled terribly. We quickly identified the issue as the shower drain. Arriving late at night for a one night stay, we were too tired to face a room change and flushing the shower tray with copious shower gel and water did the trick, temporarily at least. But the shower tiles and grouting were shabby and weathered, the bathroom fittings are generally clapped out and the dripping toilet did not flush properly. The bedrooms and bathrooms need reinvestment and upgrade to warrant a four star stay. The bathrooms are very much three star facilities at best. Surprised to find the breakfast area also that could have operated buffet style doing table service only. It made the breakfast selection feel limited and less relaxed. The laminated breakfast menu made the experience seem a little cheap. Toast arrived when we didn’t particularly want it to come and it went cold. Reinstate the buffet!

Room - floor didn’t seem to be hoovered well and the springs on one bed were coming up through the mattress which made it really uncomfortable and hard to sleep. At breakfast a hot plate was placed in front of my one year old which she touched. A warning that plates are hot especially for kids would be better

Good: The roll-away bed was very nice for us and they delivered it quickly and for free. Staff was very courteous. Bad: The toilet wouldn't flush properly (physically broken toilet mechanism), so we had to go down to the lobby of the conference center to use the toilet for anything serious. In fairness, we didn't complain because we didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms because we arrived late enough that the kids were exhausted and it was going to be a whole thing of making them unmake, fold-up, move, fold-out, and remake the roll-away bed and everybody just wanted to relax, so we decided just to deal with heading to the lobby. Everything else just sort of falls into the ok but not great category. No electrical outets by the beds, so everything had to be charged across the room. Everything is old and dated. TV is small and not very smart, but we had access to the side of it so I connected our laptop to it and we had what we needed for the kids. Cooling of the room (which is always a huge deal for us) was adequate, but we were there in October and we opened the window the crack that was allowed and turned the fan on full blast and the room stayed cool, but I can't be certain that you would consider that A/C, so your mileage may vary in the summer.

All good but the hotel is in need of a refurbishment.

Superb hotel and staff.

The room was amazing, had an unfortunately loud neighbour who had the TV on full all night but not to the Hotel's fault. The rooms were clean and really luxurious for the price, the restaurant was also amazing and really well priced. My girlfriend and I will be coming back in the future!

Location is great for airport but a little away from everything else, but beds, staff, facility was tops . Wonderful full size bathtub.

Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day staff efficient and friendly. A large breakfast selection and great selection of lunch and dinner menu’s with efficient and friendly staff also room service available for meals. Very large parking area for any size vehicle. I was pleased with my stay and hope to stay in this hope to stay In Rochestown Park hotel again..

I moved to another room after 2 days. It was big beautiful and I loved it. Great food choices and loved the variety of breakfast meals. Lots of parking and the staff were professional friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next trip to Ireland and I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, generally good but somethings need a wee update…

The layout of the hotel is very weird. We had dinner there and whilst the steak was good everything else wasn’t. I sent the chunky chips back as they were cold and they looked reheated. The replacement chips were hot but they were also reheats. Everything was frozen and not worth the prices charged. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all I felt it was definitely not worth the price I was charged
