St Stephen's Green District Apartments 2

This place is clean and updated. The location was perfect! Did have an issue with the window being stuck open but when I reported the issue they resolved it quickly. Also had an issue with the hot water not working. Apparently the fuse was tripping.

The place was very dirty and dusty. Sheets were not very clean or the towels. Space was very small. Very loud outside making sleeping hard. Had to prop the window open because it wouldn’t hold itself open. The water heater was not working and the power switch kept switching itself off. I called and they weren’t able to tell me why it wasn’t working. We ended up finding an overall power switch on the ceiling that would turn itself off everyday. Overall not worth the money we paid for it. This was the most expensive place we stayed and our least favorite.

Don’t rent here based on the photos. You’re likely to get a place that’s much smaller, moldier and weirder. We did - it was a super tiny apt w mold all over the ceiling in the shower and random bits of furniture. The bar next door (Thomas Moore Inn) was so loud we didn’t sleep. This was a low-rent place for a high price. Can’t recommend it unless you’re desperate. They advertise something much better than the reality!

Apartment is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions in Dublin. But, it gets very loud at night and you can year everything going on in the street below the apartment. There is no A/C so we opened the windows until it got too loud outside.

Great site, can be hot by periods, clean and a lot of amenities. Start to be a little bit hold and need a fresh paint job. Also the bed is 2 single side by side and not a king size bed and might be wnnoying while sleeping and feeling youre falling.in the middle. Otherwise great location nearby everything.

Emplacement intéressant et appartement propre. Ça c’est pour le positif. Côté négatif, au delà du tarif délirant (Dublin oblige) nous avons été embêtés par le chauffe eau qui disjoncte sans cesse (douche à l’eau froide la moitié du temps, dur dur) et nous avons TRÈS mal dormi (trop de bruit / trop de lumière car absence de volets ou rideaux occultants. Clairement pas un établissement que je recommande.

God beliggenhed og god tjek-ind. Men... Billederne og beskrivelsen af lejligheden passede ikke til det vi fik. -Det var meget mindre. Vi var tre voksne og den ene måtte sove på en dårlig udtrækningsseng i køkkenet. Vinduet i soveværelset kunne ikke åbnes og vi havde bestilt ikke-ryger, men lejligheden lugtede meget af røg. Det værste var dog, at der ikke var varmt vand og vi måtte kontakte firmaet flere gange dagligt for at få varmt vand. Vi boede der fredag-mandag og først søndag aften fik vi varmt vand.

2 Raum studio, alles sehr eng. Dopoelbett i.o. aber Einzelbetz (Klapbett) sehr schlecht.

Booked a central apartment as a wedding suite for ourselves for our central Dublin wedding. Without any notification found out at check in that we were moved to Pembroke dock. The apartment was pleasant but it absolutely ruined our plans for the whole weekend. Communication was awful

El apartamento es perfecto, esta en una zona muy tranquila, muy bien decorado y muy limpio. A 15minutos andando del barrio Temple. Volveremos

Perfect place to live Dublin , very close to Grafton Street . To improve cleanliness but overall good

The apartment was lovely and well situated. Close to everything. They have noise rules which was great because we wanted to be able to sleep. Their drivers for their shuttle service are so awesome and are well worth it. They let us check in early and were beyond nice. This is not a hotel and may not be for everyone but we loved it.

Had a good stay in the appartment. Very close to the city center with a grocery store nearby.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral das haben wir geschätzt. Die Unterkunft fanden wir nicht schön, die Fensterscheiben waren sehr schmutzig und es war recht kalt. Die Unterkunft hat auf den Bildern viel schöner ausgesehen.

The location is great, smaller than what it looks in the pictures. Very clean. It is hot inside needs either air condition or at leat fans. Overall it very nice.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, propre, très calme, bien situé ! Je reviendrai !

Not sure where the photo was taken or maybe it is the angle, but the apartment we had was SMALL - as in, squeeze into one side of the (fairly comfortable) bed using the six inches (not kidding) space between the end of the bed and the wall. The bathroom was a model of efficient use of space with a small corner shower, a toilet and a sink in a very tiny space. Our apartment did not have a fireplace. It was also on the third floor (no elevators) which since they start counting at ground level Zero was an extra flight of huffing and puffing with luggage, and the stairs were NOT even, straight or consistent. We were never able to figure out the air conditioning (if there was any), but once they told us how to flip the switch for hot water, the showers were nicely hot. On a positive note, the place was impeccably clean, the kitchen space was stocked with dishes (but honestly no space to stand to use it once the fold out couch was blocking everything), and no cupboard space to store any groceries. Again, we used the fold out couch, which meant we could only open the refrigerator door about half way. This would have been fine for two intimate people, but no more. It was a reasonable value for what we paid, and I won’t go back. Note: we stayed at 10 Aungier Street, #11 which also had access to more nightlife than we wanted to hear.

Nice Property, noisy on the weekends: This apartment was located on Grafton Street which made it a great location for walking around the city and seeing the sights. The area was nice. Our only problem was that we stayed there on Friday and Saturday night which are big party nights in Dublin. The apartment did not have AC, which I did not expect, so we had to leave the windows open, which then let in all of the noise from the local Pubs. People walked up and down the street all night singing at the top of their lungs after leaving the pubs. This would not be a problem if you are there to party. Do not plan to stay here if you go to sleep early with the intention of getting up early. Sunday and Monday nights were much quieter, as you could imagine. Picking up the key was a bit confusing. The pick up location is North of the Liffey River and the apartment is South of the River. We had some difficulty finding the key pick up spot. Once we were there though the staff was very nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.
