Couples Swept Away All Inclusive

Staff were amazing, food was great. The unit we stayed in only had screened in windows which was fine but it did get a little loud early in the morning with the cleaning crews moving around outside.

Couples Swept Away is hands-down the most magical, romantic, and elegant place we’ve ever been. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like a priority. Their kindness, respect, and joy made the whole experience unforgettable. The food? Absolutely incredible — hands down the best we’ve ever had on vacation. The resort is spotless, the beaches are pristine, and the atmosphere is peaceful and full of love. We were blessed with fresh coconuts, mangoes, and more, gifted by the generous people around us. We even made lifelong friends — something we never expected but now treasure deeply. We left with full hearts, amazing memories, and no doubt that we’ll be back. Couples Swept Away truly lives up to its name. 💛 — Mark & Markie

El hotel es muy lindo y lo están renovando así que las habitaciones quedarán aún mejor. Jardines espectaculares, la playa es inmejorable y los bares de la playa son muy cool. Hay algunos empleados que son muy amables pero hay otros que son increíblemente groseros, lo regañan a uno por preguntar o por cosas sin sentido, es como si no estuvieran a gusto con su trabajo. Ejemplo de esto fue una camarera del restaurante Feathers que nos regañó por decirle por segunda vez que queríamos ordenar la comida, después de 15 minutos de habérselo pedido la primera vez. Y así nos pasó con algunos, pero aclaró que hubo otros como Zannika, que son un amor! Las habitaciones son muy buenas, por lo menos la nuestra que era una Atrium Suite estaba espectacular. Muy cerca de la playa, rodeada de unos jardines hermosos. La única queja que tengo es sobre el colchón y las almohadas. El colchón es extremadamente blando, entonces uno queda muy doblado y las almohadas son muy altas, con lo cual es peor. Pedimos un cambio de almohada que nunca llegó, pero tampoco insistimos. Bueno y la comida aunque está bien, me parece que podría mejorar un poco, sobre todo en la oferta de platos diferentes. Aparte de eso no tengo sino cosas buenas para decir, las actividades del catamarán y el snorkel son fantásticas y el buceo también. Volvería feliz!

Beautiful resort, good food, great staff

The staff makes you want to keep coming back! Everyone is so friendly. The property & beaches are absolutely beautiful not to mention the food!! Some of the best meals I’ve ever had

After overcoming the quality/condition of the bus transfer (2 hours trip) and the first day hiccup over the provided room this stay turned into one of the most relaxing and beautiful trips! The place is very well maintained and of pleasant appearance. The service from room, the little bistro in the lobby, service at the lovely beach, at the bars and in the restaurants was truly good; we left tips for several staff! the quality and variety of food (especially the local foods!) fantastic; gym, spa, tennis court, water sports activities, life music, basket weaving, painting …if one finds themselves bored or unsatisfied…work it out in therapy! Three things though to consider: 1. the “east side” with the atrium houses off the lobby and close to the “Palms” restaurant and beach offer the most lovely environment between lush palm and mango trees and one can see or hear rare birds; try to get a second floor room for additional privacy! the “west side” has a more “group”/apartment style feeling. 2. From early to late locals offer to sell a variety of drugs; guards generally keep them at bay along the shore line but the smell in particular in the west side section indicates guest’s appreciation to “smoke”. 3. If you are allergic to cats … there are a lot … but mostly minding their own business. Definitely recommend for “couples”, be at those of new found love or those to celebrate their evergreen love anniversaries. Will return !

The resort and staff were good. The food and drinks were well made. All inclusive is the way to go.

Most important thing is there was no room service other than continental breakfast. I wish they did.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing stay at Couples Swept Away. We did all the research as we knew this stay was special considering we would be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We have been Jamaricans for the last 25 years and I can say without hesitation CSA is the BEST experience to date! We fell in love with the staff, all the couples we had the pleasure of meeting and will definitely be booking the annual trip back!

LIKES: Seven Mile Beach is fabulous! DISLIKES: I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR SOME WATER ACTIVITIES AT CHECKOUT!!! Patois Patio was not open for breakfast even though the activity sheet said it was!!

We absolutely loved this place. It was our first time out the country and our first time at an all Inclusive. 1st off we were soooo full! The atmosphere was so nice and chill. The workers were amazing, nice and patient. We will def be back.

First time visiting an all-inclusive and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff and resort were exceptional. Looking forward to the next visit.

Nice location, beautiful beach. The grounds are kept very neat and clean. Rooms are clean but getting dated.

Amazing location and setting….. But entertainment was terrible and the bar areas (particular nightclub) were not very clean and smelt of stale beer

We never received our bottle of sparkling wine and we asked 2x. I fell on a ramp that was slippery and injured my knee. A report was filled out and I seen a nurse. No one ever checked to see how I was doing.. I used crutches and a wheelchair.. we were locked out of our room 2 days prior to leaving and needed to get a new key bracelets to enter. It was deactivated.. the property needs upgrades very badly.. 2 hot tubs did not work.. ramps and steps should have something on them to prevent slipping.. there were other people complaining of falling. The beach and ocean were gorgeous.. some staff waiters waitresses and maintenance people were very friendly but desk staff and managers were not.. I don’t know if I would go back..

The property was well kept, and the beach was the main attraction which it did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and the highlight of our trip. My only suggestion would be to improve the reservations for restaurants. It is not efficient.

Very nice place.

The beach and common areas were very nice. The walkways had beautiful greenery. The food was good. The only downside was the rooms. The room and furniture were very outdated. Very clean but outdated.
