The staff and other guests were awesome 💯

All of the staff were very helpful and tended to our every need. All of the restaurants were great except for the steak dining. Waited an hour and they didn't have the meal I wanted once I got in.

I wish they had a night club for adults

I like the beach. The food was absolutely awful, all meats was ether hard to cut or too spicy, mostly beans and rice which some too spicy as well. Practically No sea food. For salads was plain lettuce and tomatoes that was not even ripened, cucumbers just cut in huge pieces like you would do at home in a rush, NO beets at all, No salad leaves, onions need to be looked for; absolutely horrible presentation of salad bar with minimum of items. For fruits one week was only water melon, and nothing else, next week they added some melons. I never saw that little or even lucking fruits and vegetables ever in a history going to resorts in Caribbean see every year for 35 years we've been married. Horrible, just horrible. No bread ether, just plain kids square bread loafs and thats it! one week there was no yogurts or any dairy products at all. No orange juice ! for juice the have man made sugary water with a fruits flavor !!! NO lemon and NO limes and NO mints at the bars for drinks! I will never ever return and will write how horrible food was to all reviews in all the areas Food in the restaurants was so minuscule, I would not considered its a meal. Italian was a little better. As good as a property was not having any food and lucking of everything the vacation needs is absolute disaster.

The workers was very helpful and it was an amazing experience

The staff was amazing to our family. The food was delicious and fresh. The spa was awesome. Management was professional and extremely helpful. There are 11 different restaurants that were delicious. We celebrated my husbands birthday and all the staff shared in his birthday celebrations. The POP people of palladium staff were so friendly to everyone and made sure you engaged in activities. There are so many activities, exercise classes and gym. Dinner on the beach and outside excursions. We cannot wait to return again.

They provided evening entertainment. I didn’t like not having elevators at the villa and other places on the property.

My children and I️ enjoyed our visit. Very pleasant staff, clean amenities. Our visit was solely to relax and sun bathe so we were very low maintenance. I'd just highly recommend have reservations for dinner.

All the stuff just about sale weed but want you to pay $60 American dollars for a dime. They’re pushing for tips pushing for you to sign up for the spa. They act like they’re Christians and peace and love but they won’t help if you have an issue. My time just wasn’t pleasant at this resort but Jamaica as a country was nice.

Property was beautiful. Staff was nice mostly. Food choices were ok and food was mediocre. Breakfast was awful. Massage was excellent but they pished the spa services on you every time you tirned around.

Super complexe. Belle piscine et belle plage. Nourriture variétés et très bonne.

I didn’t like the faced that i couldn’t get into room at first the access pass was not working and needed to reset . My room was not cleaned and bedding was dirty. I asked 4 times for a deep clean if the room and bedding to be changed. Finally they did at 10:45pm on the day I arrived. They gave me a room change the next morning on the other side of the resort which was not very convenient. I was not happy with my stay.

Beautiful property

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer! Your entire staff make you feel like family.

Supberb stay, loved the dining options, entertainment, and most notably safety.

They don't enforce their own "No Smoking" rules which made many areas of the resort unpleasant due to cigarette smoke. Not a lot of organized entertainment during the day compared to other resorts I've been to, that is both positive and negative, depending on what you want. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and is why we booked this resort specifically. The Indian restaurant was probably the best of the ala carte options. I was frequently annoyed by staff trying to contact me to up-sell me on things I didn't want. They tried calling my cellphone repeatedly. My phone plan costs 3 dollars a minute...STOP CALLING! If you need to talk to me call on the room phone and leave a message. The restriction of the one beach for their new Signature rooms is ridiculous. I booked before they started that nonsense and was restricted from using parts of the resort. It really didn't seem worth the money. Overall the resort was good value for money.
