Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I booked 2 rooms both were dirty upon check in, which caused my son's asthma to flare up. The rooms were changed the next day, but day 2 of my kids room being changed, there room on the 2nd flooded while my asthmatic son was sleeping which caused his asthma to get worse to the point of my family being told my 16 yr needs to go to the public hospital 15 minutes away or the private hospital 45 minutes away. But before that, when my kids room was flooded I reached out to one of the manager's Andreka McDonald who called me regarding the last room change. It was her day off,she had there room changed in 30 minutes and had people there moving there stuff on hangers. I thank her, she was awesome. But, I stayed at this resort in 2017 with my family, but never again. I have stayed 2 other resorts in Jamaica in 2019 & 2023. I will go to one of them next time.

I travel a couple of times a year. This was my 4th trip to Jamaica. I fell in love with the people of this beautiful country and that’s why I’ve continued to return. Had this been my first trip, I would I would not return. I’ve never encountered this level of rudeness from staff in all of my life. Of course there were exceptions- but they were far and few between. The food was edible but definitely not exceptional. The property itself is massive and gorgeous. Be prepared to walk. Upon departing, I called for a bellhop to bring a golf cart to help with luggage and they never showed up. The front desk barely issued an I’m sorry after we showed up sweaty and out of breath. I could go and on with examples but I’ll leave it with - stay elsewhere…

Great experience.

This was my 8th trip to this resort. My previous experiences have been exceptional however, this one was not as good. I was traveling with my mother who has trouble walking and the elevators in the lobby were broken. We always stay near the adults pool and was told on day 2 this is no longer accessible to guests and you must be a signature member. The cost for my family to use this per day would have been $250!

Will definitely visit again

Property was beautiful. Staff ok. Felt like everytime i turned around they were out of vodka, certain foods and very limited food available between 4 and 6 when we arrived really hungry. Nothing was available. They say go to sports bar. We waited 2 and a half hours for our food!!! Unacceptable

I’ve been to Jamaica twice and this was by far the best resort I stayed at. The customer service was a 10/10. The food was nice. The room was clean. The whole resort was just amazing.

The property is big clean and beautiful with plenty of room on the beaches, the beaches could use a little raking daily this would keep them beautiful. Restaurants are pretty good but at some you have to wait quite awhile to get your food. Staff are all friendly. Entertainment is lacking and pretty much non existent I saw a couple of them here and there but were never interacting with the guests nor did I even see them saying hi to anyone no smiles. The entertainment team should be involved with the guests and getting them excited and involved about doing things around the resort. I would stay here again without question.

I loved the pool and swimming, food was ok. short staffed so our room was cleaned when they had time.

Lots of food options for every palate, large jacuzzi bathtub in the room, free use of kayaks at the beach, staff were very hospitable and welcoming!

Our check in quickly turned into discreet sales offers that mixed Travel lodge info with the required Palladium check in process - sneaky. Upon learning Jose and I were honeymooning at the resort we were offered to upgrade to a Signature bungalow that was quoted as $150, but we were charged $300. We were sold on being able to call for instant rides across the property, room service, jacuzzi tub, and spa massage. However, the phone and the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work despite us walking to the Signature Lounge twice and speaking to concierge staff 2 days in a row during our 3 days stay. The $300 was NOT worth the headache for upgrading to the Signature level as there were not any functioning services to enjoy. Not having a functioning phone was a huge safety concern that could have had terrible outcomes. My husband is a disabled Veteran with a fused ankle, which made having to walk the great distance to amenities difficult for him. To be honest, these experiences at Palladium tainted our honeymoon experience, and in no way provided the level of services that we were promised, which is why I feel we should be refunded our $300 for the upgrades we were promised and did not get. Jamaica is a beautiful country with lovely local people living on tourism funds, unfortunately with jobs selling Palladium / Travel Lodge memberships with rooms that need to have maintenance made a priority in order to live up to the Travel Lodge experience they are trying to sell.

First all inclusive experience with my partner and went super well! Food was good, many restaurant options and great room service. Only thing about the resort was even if your villa is located in the signature level you don’t have access, there was a bar and pool right across from our walkout but weren’t allowed because of bracelets, wish it was labelled better but overall nice experience!

Stayed for 6 days and had the best time, staff are friendly and kind. We had a great time! Excellent

Very nice

Overall a good review - some dated features/rooms; staff very friendly & helpful; food very good with a variety of a la carte places; little more variety in buffets would be nice, but were quite acceptable as is. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed our trip to Jamaica and will probably use the resort again
