The room was clean. All the rooms are within Ocean view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is beautiful and water is crystal. Clear not crowded. Can always find a great spot on the beach would definitely consider returning into this hotel

The name of the hotel is the Seacrest Beach Hotel but there is virtually no beach and what was there was covered in garbage. A huge Styrofoam block rotting on the sand. One of the workers spent a whole day mowing the stupid lawn where no one was and NEVER went 4 more feet to the beach to clean up the garbage. When we confronted the desk staff they all looked at us like we were speaking another language even after I mentioned that THEY LIVE HERE and should not want all that garbage going back into the water with the next rain. There is a lovely pool BUT only two lounge chairs for the whole hotel -and one of them was broken! ALSO THERE IS NO BAR and the restaurant is only open if you order a meal the day before. There are other restaurants in the area but they are not within walking distance and getting on and off the main road is almost impossible at night. It's really too bad since the Villa we stayed in was beautiful clean and comfortable but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The property seems very outdated and needs to to be updated to have a more modern look and feel. The furnitures were very old and cracked. The bathroom faucets didn't work as they should and the toilet you had to flush multiple times before it would do what it is suppose to do in one flush. The breakfast items was basically a choice of 3 different things, The only thing good about this place was the nice housekeeper I think she is an amazing woman.

It was exactly what I was looking for! I was traveling solo and I got a nice room, , great location next to Plantation Cove and it had a pool and was right on the water. Super nice staff!

The 1st room they put me in, the bathroom shower was so small I keep bumping my knee against the shower taps. The 2nd room also issue with the bathroom, there was no shower head, so the water keeps coming at you like one o those high power hose you wold use to clean the side walk

Very friendly staff.
Beach locked because of sargasso although neighbouring beaches were clean, so not sure why the hotel wasn't able to clean its beach.
Proximity to main road is convenient but also the source of constant traffic noise.
