It was a little difficult to locate the place because there's no "Avalor Suites" sign visible anywhere in the building. However, after asking two random people we were able to locate it. The rooms were surprisingly super clean, and everything inside looked and felt new. The views from all the windows were amazing. You might need a few minutes to familiarize yourself with how hot water system works, cable TV and the super fast wifi. The host is genuinely super helpful if anything doesn't work as expected. I highly recommend this place. It feels like a little beautiful home as clean or even cleaner than the one you left back home.

If you don't like bedbugs, cockroaches and no cleaning. Stay away from this place. If you want a quiet place with good standard, stay away from this place. The picture on hotels.com obviously don't match what you find when you get there. Cockroaches live under the fridge, in the micro and everywhere. Every morning you chase and kill them before you can eat your breakfast. And thats of course after the bedbugs has eaten on you in your bed. Internet come and go, electricity the same. If you are lucky you need to pay extra for electricity, when the manager tells you that you can buy bundles your own. Cleaning is not excisting. The woman who are suppose to do it, just swipe the floor and change the sheets. The manager sneak around, don't be surprised if he loch him self in. If you complain he do nothing. If you still choose to stay here, remember you have to put all your luggage in a deep freezer before you take anything out of it. If not you have the bedbugs in your own home. Stay away

The place was clean when in the first instance but in the evening Cockroaches were in the kitchen and toilets. Show er cold only be turned on hot or cold, you could not mix. Internet connection was not available.

William (host) was very helpful and available. A little trouble locating the building. I mentioned that to him. Not Williams fault but the neighbours, nightly were smoking weed on their balcony. Impossible not to smell it.

I do not not recommend for any one to book with this They are really a scammers What they post on Expedia and what I get is totally different. 1. The name of the apartment I have to pay a lot for of money for taxi to get the apartment 2.after so many time (3 hours) looking for the apartment name people told as the name is changed but the address is there 3. The person who is supposed to show me was not there he just contacted the security garage to show me the apartment 4 . I got inside the apartment and totally didn’t furniture, very dirty house, no lights 5.I told the security guard I don’t not accept this apartment because this is not what I book online on Expedia, totally different furniture very dirty house not even ready 6. Then the agency called the security to tell me that to give him a second chance to get me a better place because what he showed on Expedia is already taken I don’t know how it worked. 7. imagine this whole thing happening and then I try to explain to him how far I came and then I book because I trust Expedia and everything in the person was like talking to me as a joke and don’t even wanna talk to me. He just said give it to the security guard or the taxi driver so that I can talk to him. He don’t even wanna talk to me, so he told the taxi driver and the taxi driver took us the second address and when I get the second address, I was terrified again. The second house was not cleaned. It smells. There is no lights. I was screaming in the room.

Close to malls, restaurants and lots of bars, it is a decent place to call home for a few days. The rooms are quite large and fairly comfortable, with a nice sized balcony. It's meticulously well maintained and provides great value for money.
