Property needs maintenance. They were able to fix multiple plumbing issues after a couple of requests. The TV has no channels at all. Worst TV experience. Not able to fix in two weeks. All kitchen utencils are old and need replacement with the state of the art as it is adevertized "Lexury Apartment ". No dryer, washer didn't work for 75 % of the time.

If power goes off because they didn't pay their bill, you are on your own. Called so many different numbers before someone helped.

Great location in Nairobi and good value for money. Minor issues in the apartment should be fixed to make it perfect.

Overall property is good , something needed attention, such as one of washbasin came off the wall, we informed the owner but never got back to us neither he sent anyone to fix it and it was quite serious health and safety concern as we had young kids with us.

Big apartment. Great value.

This place is ok, but if you must book it, please: 1. Demand an in-person walk-through at check-in and check-out with host, and also demand to see and consent to the full inventory list detailing quantity and quality/state of items. He supposedly keeps, his own words, an inventory list but never shares it with guests so in case of anything it's his (and his house cleaners’) word against yours. This was you are all on the same page. Happened to us, he falsely accused us of thieving items that weren’t there at check-in, and demanded we settle the issue with his house cleaners (how unprofessional of him, I told him). 2. Take pictures of everything and make sure to capture date/timestamps, at check-in and check-out. Otherwise, you'll be scammed into paying for things that weren't there. The last bedroom didn’t have curtains. Host was to fix it day after check-in but he never did. So no privacy in this bedroom and no ability to keep light out for our entire 5-night stay. No word or follow-up from host about it either during our entire stay. Toilet in this bedroom’s bathroom is leaking so they shut off its water supply. The kitchen sink and counter attracts roaches (especially so at night or in darkness), you are best advised to leave kitchen lights on to keep their numbers down. Lastly, at check-in, one bedroom hadn’t been cleaned, still had dirty linens, sheets, blanket, visible hair around bathroom sink, and bathroom sink rug had brown shoe sole prints meaning dirty.

Wachira and the team, Thank you for sharing your beautiful penthouse with my family. We had an awesome time visiting Nairobi again. Great house, great area, close to almost everything: airport, restaurants, you name it.

Janet was great from the start to the end. Made sure we had everything in order.

Wonderful place for families. Located close to Yaya Center and Junction mall. A lot of great places to eat nearby Fogo Gaucho and Three Dee restaurant are less than 10 minutes drive. Pizza Hut in yaya center. Convenient Uber area. We had a great time!

Very convenient location, clean and spacious and the communication was excellent

The views from the apartment were amazing and the outside play area for the kids was fantastic! The kids enjoyed the spacious apartment and having the 3 bedrooms was handy. However, this is not a full service hotel with meals and further amenities outside of WiFi were not provided. There were several things broken in the unit such as the washing machine, door jam completely torn off of the wall in one bathroom so the door wasn’t able to close, the safe in the main bedroom was broken so valuables were not able to be secured, both showers in both bathrooms were leaking when being used, and during the night hours there was significant noise with dogs barking in the neighborhood throughout the night. Unfortunately, when the issue of the broken safe was brought to the attention of management we were told to “use our common sense” in terms of securing our valuables. The housekeeper was quite helpful and had a good attitude, but definite improvements can be made in customer service and the state of the unit.

For some of us it's better than being at home. ,3 beds, 3 baths, can save money with fully functional kitchen, just have to buy the food. Wonderful young woman to help you when the need arises.

The property is beautiful and more than what I expected. Pics are exactly what you get. Beautiful person is there to help you as the need may arise but no problems experienced.
