I requested a wake up call twice for the next morning because I had an early flight and never got it, also the bed had dirty sheets. The next day I move to the hotel across the street better prices bigger and better buffet clean rooms, big difference.
I have used Hilton hotels for a long time but this one time was very disappointed.
And other disappointing thing was that I arrived one day before my reservation time and had to pay way more than what I was paying for my reservation. Why couldn’t they honor the same price? Knowing that I’m spending few nights there.
Hilton, don’t forget there is a lot of competition out there!
