The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station. Staff was helpful, breakfasts were great, and it was within walking distance of the water and plenty of sites to see.

Hotel molto comodo e funzionale per una o due notti a Rabat. Situato in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi i siti d’interesse turistico, nonché nei pressi della stazione di Rabat Ville. Unica cosa negativa, non hanno fatto caso dei benefici Gold, che in certo modo sono riusciti a risolvere, dopo la mia segnalazione.

Great location really close to the main attractions and the medina plus couple of minutes away from the train station. The team is really nice especially Zouhair at the bar. The room are a bit basic no amenities inside the room but overall good place to stay in Rabat

This property was in a good location, just next to the train station and walking distance to some shops and cafes. I did all to the mall as well. The staff were very friendly and even helped me to call a salon to make an appointment. The bar tenders and servers were all amazing as well. The breakfast, while abundant was not great. The aircon in the room didn’t work. I did not complain but if it was ANY warmer it would have been a massive issue. All in id stay again.

スタッフはとても優しかったが、トラブルの引き継ぎが全くされておらず、3回も説明をする事になりました。
2名1室で予約したが、受付では「予約は1名のみになっているから、追加分を払ってください」と言われました。
その時スマホの充電がなかったので予約詳細メールを確認できず、支払う事にしました。
チェックイン後はスマホ充電しメールを確認すると、やはり2名で予約していた事が証明されたのでフロントへ。
フロントでは「システムでは1名になっている。明日の朝確認する」と言って終わらせようとしました。
お金を支払った証拠がなければお金を返してもらえなくなると思い、支払った金額を紙に書いてもらうようにお願いした。
そしたら、レシートを私たらお金を返せなくなるけど大丈夫か？と聞かれ、書こうとしませんでした。
結局は書いてもらいました。
翌朝チェックアウト時に、書いてもらった紙を見せ、経緯を話したところ「確認します」と。
その時同時に荷物を預かってもらうことも話していたので、返金は荷物を取りに来た時にして欲しいという事になりました。
観光をして荷物を取りに伺うと、スタッフは変わっていて案の定なんの引き継ぎもされておらず、再度説明をし、スタッフが確認してくれるのを待つ必要がありました。
結果としてお金は返金され、必要な分のみを支払った形になりましたが、とても残念でした。
スタッフ一人一人は優しいけれど、トラブルの引き継ぎはしっかりして頂きたいです。
支払った金額を証明する紙を書いてもらってなかったらどうなっていたのだろう・・・

予約時に【部屋の詳細ページ】には、小さなバルコニーと椅子、テーブルの写真があり、それが良くて予約を決めました。
しかし部屋には窓があるだけでバルコニーはありませんでした。

バスタブは、排水口のフタがなかったのでフロントに伝え、持ってきてもらったが、一部浮いてしまい、お湯がすぐ流れてしまいました。
スタッフさん一人一人は優しく悪気はないのだろうけど、色々と残念な体験をしたホテルでした。
チェックイン前、チェックイン後に荷物を預かってくれたのは本当に感謝しています。どうもありがとうございました。

Average stay with some disappointing elements. The rooms were not reflective of the pictures on Hotels.com and were much older and tireder. Hotel is very dark and dingy, with old stained carpets. The breakfast was very disappointing - orange cordial rather than fresh orange juice for example and poor quality options. The hotel didn't have a clothes iron when I asked about one which is unusual in a 4 star hotel. There was a bar and restaurant in the hotel but they were eerily quiet.
Overall the stay was fine, we just needed a place to sleep and were not on holiday, however the price compared to other options in Rabat and what they offer is very high and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless like us you were looking last minute and it was the only option available.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations and a better breakfast offering.

Previously raved about this hotel so came back. Even though we paid more this time round the room we was given was more poorer, smaller and dated.
The restaurant is bit more expensive as expected but when ordered a ‘3 cheese sandwich’ it only came with cheese spread and egg. When complained the waiter said he wanted to give another cheese but expected it would be too smelly for us. So was a 1 cheese spread sandwich. It was just laughed off by the waiter which really annoyed us. For the price you expect to pay what is offered.
