Value for money

The girl at the reception during check-in was very kind and provided all required information I needed. Barista at lobby bar also was friendly and helped me with teapot which was needed for my daughter treatment.

Breakfast, spa, next to seacoast

Great hotel and spa facilities. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was a typical Latvian selection. A couple of snags: walls between bedrooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours, water in this area is hard but no hair conditioner is provided, and the car park was at capacity for 2 out of the 3 days I was there so I had to park on the street

A lovely clean hotel, a kettle in the room would be nice. More drinking water should be available

Only two elevators

Great hotel in our favorite part of Jurmala. Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need (had to ask to get a kettle though). For some reason they are using shower gel in shower-gel-type tubes as hand wash - inconvenient. Good variety at the buffet breakfast but not much variety day-to-day. Parking on the premises is hard to get in high season (and the "coin" system is weird) but enough street parking options around the hotel (watch out for parking forbidden signs though).

Extremely small room. Had mosquitoes in my room, and encountered mosquitoes in the dining area for both breakfast and dinner. Limited non Latvian choices on TV in room.

Sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal.

Stort og praktisk rom. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Hotellet ligger i et meget stille område, i kort avstand fra stranden. Et knippe restauranter like i nærheten.

Fantastic hotel in absolutely stunning location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant, cafe. The hotel has all the amenities that make your vacation ultra comfortable and enjoyable: spas, pools, saunas, restaurants. You may stay inside the hotel and not even go out and you will receive the full spectrum of entertainment and you will enjoy it immensely. Greatly recommend and will be sure to return back.

Dette er et bra sted. Ligger nært Strand og har gode områder. Bra spa, fine og rene rom. Eneste minus - litt liten balkong, svært treig og håpløs heis, pulveret på frokost. Ellers et perfekt hotell for familier. Føles rent og veldig nytt.

The hotel was top of the art, extremely well maintained and pleasurable. A short walking distance, via pine forest protecting the environment, to the 50 kilometer long beach with finest sand in the world (we've been to many beaches from Asia to America) - and the beach is not crowded like Long Island, Hamptons or Simosa Beach. Like you own Business Class trip to a World Class beach! So this hotel is perfectly located. The hotel also has an inside pool, hot tub and kids pool, which were well-attended during August holidays. Outside pool was nice and not too crowded since the hotel is perfectly sized, not too large. Small minus for the fact that pool bar was always closed. I want my frozen margaritas by the pool while watching kids. However, there were a lot of Russian speakers in the hotel which at the time of travel ban and Ukraine war was surprising - so be ready to accept it if you stay here. It appeared many of them were not Latvian Russians either and acted with nomenklatura mentality. Fortunately not entitled rich kids with attitude since this is a safe, "boring" family locatinon.

Great hotel with an outdoor pool and a short stroll to the beach. Had to pay 15 euro per night extra for cot. Standard room was quite compact. Every room has a balcony, but the railings are quite low. Dinner was wonderful.

Strange experience at this hotel where they did not seem to have much experience with foreigners. The front desk was not that service-minded, it took a long time to find a parking spot, and not much help was provided to get into the parking lot which was not self-explanatory as everything was written in Latvian. The hotel seemed like a small time warp from older days for Latvians. The pool area is not as nice as the pictures show. The bar by the outdoor pool was closed even though the weather was beautiful. Also, we never managed to go to the sea even though it is very close by - couldn’t find the way. The hotel has many good facilities but we did not feel that comfortable and wouldn’t want to return.

Hjälpsam personal. Inredning på rummet var sliten men sängarna sköna. Frukosten sådär. Restaurangen bra. Låg lite långt från andra restauranger så det blev Bolt varje dag för att ta sig till Jomas street med lite rikligare utbud.

Really nice hotel but only one lift was working and when we left this morning no lifts were working so we had to carry cases down from the 5th floor. Not ideal especially as i have mobility issues

Hadde familierom. Veldig greit. Barna hadde køyseng og hovedsoverommet var adskilt med dør. Flott innebasseng med boblebad og div duppeditter til vannmassasje i storbassenget. Lite, men helt greit utebasseng. Mange muligheter på hotellet, div spa, fitnessrom, pilatesrom osv osv. Grei frokost, dog savner jeg noe variasjon i smak. Flott med masse frukt og man fant alltid noe å spise. Det aller beste er beliggenheten, en liten spassertur til stranden. Vi var veldig fornøyde.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli. Lapsiystävällinen. Hyvä aamupala. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet julkisella liikenteellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lapsille kids club.
