Seperti yang diumumkan oleh Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia, Cukai Pelancongan dikenakan mulai 1 Januari 2023 untuk semua tetamu hotel yang bukan warganegara Malaysia atau bukan Penduduk tetap Malaysia. Harapkan pihak hotel akan mengutip Cukai Pelancongan daripada anda semasa daftar masuk di hotel. Kadar Cukai Pelancongan ialah 10 RM setiap bilik setiap malam.

Bermula 1 Januari 2025, Kerajaan Negeri Melaka akan mengenakan Cukai Warisan mandatori sebanyak MYR 4.00 bagi setiap bilik yang didiami untuk satu malam di semua penginapan hotel. Cukai ini boleh berubah tanpa pemberitahuan awal. Cukai ini akan dikutip oleh pihak hotel semasa ketibaan tetamu.

There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link.
