Untuk hotel bajet, ia sangat selesa, bersih dan dilengkapi dengan semua kemudahan asas. Pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini jika perlu di masa depan. Satu-satunya downside ada terdapat banyak anjing liar di hadapan bilik utama hotel. Jadi itu isu keselamatan di sana.

Budget hotel - bring cash!
I've been there twice. Price - reasonable. Service - not so ok as the personel at the counter seems not too sure what to do. They chat a lot and they dont even prioritize in dealing with customers (some are attended soon, some have to wait). Setback- You have to pay before you check in and even if you pay by card, the deposit must be CASH! In one occasion, all the machines were not working and they demanded that payment should be in cash. The room is ok, but the shower blind is a bit dirty. Parking is troublesome if there is wedding held in the restaurant downstairs. If you need a hotel just to rest, this might suit you. If you wish for stress free accomodation, please wander somewhere else.

Bad service and run down
I booked a family room . Upon arrival there were 3 staff at the reception . The staff were not attentive . Only one was working as the other two were busy chit chatting with each other , I waited 5 minutes for the staff to finish with the guest to checked in . When I went to the room and switched on the aircond it was blowing hot air and chiller was warm! Called the reception . No one came . Called again after half hr . No one came . Called again after another half was told no house keeping after 5 pm. After one and half hour , a lady came and adjust the aircond and change the chiller . The room was only cool the next morning and the chiller was slightly cool the next morning . There were only two cups. I requested extra cup but we're not given . I was told it was hotel policy to provide 2 set of everything for family room even though there were a king bed and a super single bed . I will not stay there anymore and not recommend it to any one .

Average for a budget hotel
Its been a while since the last time i came back to Bukit Mertajam. I am surprise the place had change so much with high rise building and shop lots. Found this hotel being highly rate online but... When we check in, the receptionist are not very polite as it seems there are only one person working in the hotel. Requested 2 room card for the room but rejected as there keep mentioned its a hotel policy of providing one. (1st experience) Overall room experience...ok... A few flaws, 1) Minibar not working (for display purpose only) 2) Shower (Pressure inconsistent, it can turn to cold water anytime when you take shower) 3) Rubbish, tissue (Found in the safe box, side of the bed.) 4) Washroom, shower curtain (Filthy with black stains). For a budget hotel, honestly the owner had invested a lot in the overall experience, but due to the poor maintenance and poor management, its now a turn down. Hopefully the owner can look into this as it will affect the future business of this hotel.

Bad experience with check in
It was my first time booked this hotel. I had a very bad experience with hotel and it was related to check in and the price of the hotel. I booked deluxe king and family king room for a night from Expedia. I paid using my credit card and it was charged in my statement. When I checked in, the staff told me that the price that I paid to Expedia was lower compare to their current rate. They requested for me to TOP up the difference but I insisted that I paid in full. Thus the issue shouldn't be me but it is between the hotel and Expedia. The funny thing was I spoke to a higher manager, a lady and she said the rate that u bought was not updated. I told her off that this was not my problem. After a couple of minutes, they allowed to check in without paying the difference. This is the first time in my whole life that I encountered this kind of issue. I suggest the management should look into this matter and improve. The room is ok but the wifi is super slow. I will not recommend anyone to stay unless you have no choice. Never ever book this hotel again 👎👎👎

Nice Budget Hotel
This hotel is very clean and the superior room that I stayed is quite spacious. Front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also near eateries, so no problem to find food. However, i would like to make a suggestion to the hotel management to provide blanket for extra bed. I was been told by the front desk staff that no blankets provided for the extra bed that I requested. Although extra towels were provided to act as a blanket for the extra bed, it was still not enough to block the cool air from the air conditional. Overall, my stay was quite satisfy (except the blanket issue).
