Sila jangkakan bahawa pihak hotel akan mengutip Cukai Pelancongan daripada anda semasa daftar masuk di hotel. Kadar Cukai Pelancongan ialah 10 RM setiap bilik setiap malam.



Anda akan diminta membayar caj-caj berikut di hartanah. Fi mungkin termasuk cukai yang berkenaan:

  • Deposit tunai: MYR 50 setiap penginapan, sepenginapan

Kami telah menyertakan semua caj yang disediakan kepada kami oleh hartanah.

  • Bayaran tetamu tambahan mungkin dikenakan dan berbeza mengikut dasar hartanah
  • Pengenalan bergambar keluaran kerajaan dan deposit tunai mungkin diperlukan semasa daftar masuk untuk bayaran sampingan
  • Permintaan khas adalah tertakluk kepada ketersediaan semasa daftar masuk dan boleh dikenakan bayaran tambahan; permintaan khas tidak dapat dijamin
  • Hartanah ini menerima kad kredit dan kad debit
  • Harap maklum bahawa norma budaya dan dasar tetamu mungkin berbeza mengikut negara dan hartanah; dasar yang disenaraikan diberikan oleh hartanah

Meja sambut tetamu dibuka setiap hari dari 7:00 - 23:00. Untuk membuat pengaturan daftar masuk, sila hubungi hartanah sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum ketibaan, menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.Tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah lebih awal untuk mendapatkan arahan daftar masuk. Kakitangan berada di meja sambut tetamu untuk masa yang terhad. Para tetamu diminta untuk menunjukkan bukti pekerjaan untuk mengesahkan status pengembara penting serta surat kebenaran operasi daripada Kementerian Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri (MITI) semasa mendaftar masuk.

worse hotel ever ever. room was smelly and requested to change a room. slightly better but pillows are never changed. smelly. they changed it. the key cards are always faulty and I was lock twice outside the hotel. and guess what the receptionist is never there. oo the electricity tripped. and when u ask the housekeeping to help follow up. he ask u to wait so he can finish his YouTube. it was only a few other occupiers came and complaint he went and fix it. I will never trust Expedia in their reviews anymore. it was posted highvrating there. o by the way they have a 8.2 by agoda ..gosh agoda reviews are fake too. I be staying here for 12 nights and is now night 8...4 more nights to go. gosh.

Had bad experiences staying at Hako Xpress. For example: self service did not match my confirmation number provided by Hotels.com. Need to call customer service to find out their confirmation number. The air full of cooking smell at the corridor. The bedding had strong oil smell seems used one. Water supply was unstable, need to waited for long time to get the water supply in bath room and it stops from time to time. The water was hot and cold when showering. They did not provide enough WIFI bandwidth. I was not able to use their WIFI till mid-night or early in the morning. Customer services was not supportive to help on all the problem listed.

Biscuits and beverage at lobby area are convenient. Room experience though, Shower unit lower pressure, difficult to control temperature at my room. Abit confusing to first find the room. There's an obvious staircase to the left, but those are for rooms 6 onwards. Rooms 1-5 are same level as lobby
