Reka bentuk dalaman dinding dinding dan bilik mandi], laluan pejalan kaki, lobi dan lounge di atas bumbung. Sarapan ringan datang dengan nasi lemak, roti, bubur, buah, telur, kopi dan mee. Di tengah malam, anda boleh mendengar muzik rock dan roll dari bilik kami. Saya percaya ia datang dari luar pub atau lounge di atas bumbung, walaupun kita menginap di tingkat 3, muzik berhenti sekitar 130 pagi. Tempat letak kereta disediakan di tingkat bawah, akses mudah ke gerai makanan terdekat. Kakitangan mesra tetapi memerlukan deposit RM200.
Masa ke-3 saya tinggal di MU Hotel. Menyenangkan seperti biasa. Akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi untuk perjalanan masa depan saya di Ipoh.
Lokasi yang sesuai untuk kebanyakan restoran. Dalaman yang kreatif dan selesa, sarapan pagi juga baik-baik saja. akan kembali

Ada air bocor / menitis off dari siling, con udara keluar dan juga pembesar suara. Setiap kali anda berjalan lulus pintu anda mendapatkan air kotor pada diri sendiri. Jadual cahaya tidak berfungsi. Bercakap dengan kakitangan mereka mengenai ini dan telah berjanji bahawa mereka akan menghantar pasukan penyelenggaraan mereka untuk membetulkan tetapi mereka tidak pernah. Good value for money, comfy rooms
Stayed for 2 nights in mid Oct with my aged father and cousins in a family room. Kudos to the friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast included in room rate had good variety too. I would stay here again when I'm next in Ipoh.

Clean and comfy hotel
Booked two room for a day family trip. The room was clean and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Staffs were very helpful. We had problem with one of the room key. Instead of just replacing the key, they went up to check and made sure everything was ok. There was a gym and chidren room in this hotel. No swimming pool. Although the hotel was within walking distance to the old town, it was scorching hot to walk during the day. Free shuttle was provided but we did not use it. Breakfast was just ok...

Great choice for Ipoh
Very stylish Hotel. Great room and good comfortable bed. Great choices for breakfast (buffet). I also loved the offer of the free shuttle bus to old town and have used it a few times on the way in. It was limited choices on the way back though but Ipoh is a very walkable city. The staff at the lobby is very friendly, as is the drivers of the shuttle. The room cleaning is happening too late in the day and those guys seem to be totally overworked. If you are out of your room for 6 or 8 hours and come back all exhausted you want to find a clean room and not be bothered again after 4pm. One thing which disappointed me was that there is not really a restaurant on the top floor where the roof top bar is. Just snack but no real food. I would have eaten there every evening, but unfortunately there was no food available. One point to notice is that this is a designer hotel, so there are no drawers or shelves to put your things. You are basically living out of your suitecase. But all in all a great hotel!

A precious gem outside of Taipei
This will be my third time at Mu and I discovered the Cafe just last year and it was spectacular, especially the seafood pasta in uni sauce. It was out of this world and decadent. I've not tasted anything similar and that good since. You can tell alot of attention was paid to the details of how the food is prepped and presented. The service was 5 star as well. What a gem of a restaurant! Thank you Mu.

The Management of Wan Chin Sdn Bhd (Management Division of MU Hotel) Date: September 28, 2017. To Whom It May Concern: Dear Management of MU Hotel, Re: Dissatisfaction of your current Front Office Assistants With reference to the above mentioned, I hereby would like to stressed out my disgusted feeling towards the attitude of your under grade and atrocious mentality of your staffs namely Felicia and Maha. First question to you as the management arm of MU Hotel: What are the main responsibility of the front office? Is to gossip behind the guest back or to ensure smooth check in and a pleasant and returning stay in your hotel? First Incident: Last week upon my check in, I encounter a very unfriendly and rude font office assistant by the name of Felicia, who made me feeling as though I was interrupting her work or own her money. Upon check in I informed a Felicia that I will be paying for my full amount of the one night stay of RM160 plus and was informed by her in her loud high pitch voice that I'm paying the full amount without a deposit and that I will not be entitled to sign any bills to my room and “MUST” pay cash if I were to order any F&B from your hotel. The whole conversation and “INSTRUCTION” given by her was heard by some guests who were at the lobby. I do understand that there will be guests at the first contact with your front officer assistants that they may not like but that should not be the attitude to be displayed and since the day I complain to the Assistant Front Office Manager about her rudeness, she has been showing her happiness towards me and sad to say you have a revengeful staff in your establishment and that has made my stay uncomfortable to the extreme when I see her at the front desk, I will hesitate to approach her if I need help with any problem pertaining to your room and other and had to wait till another staff appears. Therefore is that respectful to a paying guests? Totally and utterly DISRESPECTFUL. Who the hell she thinks she is? A prima donna or owner of MU Hotel? What image is she giving to her guests? Is it because I don't have a “Title” or she may assume that I may not be holding any high position in any company? Or is it due to my dressing of shorts, t shirt and slipper every time I check in? The world richest person may not necessary dress articulately to present himself and never judge the book by its cover! Question: Would you feel comfortable if upon your check in that a front office assistant tells you that loudly in front of the other guests? Question: Is it train by your management and to educate your front office staffs to think of short term business or do you think of long term business is better? Maybe for her, she feels that the management is paying her salary but does she know were is the management getting her salary from? If she has that attitude and mentality, it only goes to show what shallow mindset does she have. Do you think your management will keep on taking money out of their pocket to pay for her salary when there will be no returns? Second Incident: Date: September 27, 2017 On this particular date, which happens to be my check out date and at the very last minute I decided to extend my stay and realized that I ran out of cash and proceed to the ATM to do some withdrawal and found that my bank did not have sufficient funds and therefore proceed to transfer from my other bank. Due to the lateness of me doing the online transfer, my funds can only be in my other account by 11pm on September 28, 2017. I proceed to ask one of your front office officer Gregory to check with the Assistant Front Officer Manager, if I could check in and settle my hotel bill of ONE NIGHT upon my check out and was informed that I'm not able to do so and I understand that my request was rejected as your management would like to avoid situation like this. Gregory was very kind to offer me to put up at his place as there was a spare room and instead of me loitering around the lobby and wait for my funds to come in. Which I honestly say that the generous and kind gesture by Gregory was commendable and I would applaud for the gesture of going the extra mile for guests attitude by you Front Office Officer and I'm sure any 5 star hotel management would accept and welcome Gregory to join their team ans also kudos to your other Front Office Officer Teo who has always make me feel welcome and comfortable in your hotel. The most sickening thing is that and I personally overheard it myself of what was gossiped by both the disgusting and horrendous mentality and gossiping attitude of your low grade and fake attitude staffs of namely Felicia and Maha!!!!!! If I did not overheard it myself, I will not be pissed off! For your 2 ungrateful staffs (Felicia and Maha) to clearly make the statement to Gregory only shows that they have the mentality of helping someone with an ulterior motive of favor in return. What is the problem with this unethical staffs of yours? They proceed ahead and asked Gregory to why he has to invite me to stay at his place and don't see what he did was humanitarian and kindness. To gossip behind guests back does not show that are a great gossiping mimes or how justifiable they are but this will only show their status and mentality as a low market woman and create unhappiness and non confident in a guests stay in your hotel. What this 2 persons does not realized that there is this policy and rules that all front office staffs are prohibited from gossiping and to some hotel considered siphoning guests private and confidentiality even if it is gossiping with fellow colleagues. Are your this particular staffs an airhead?! By what they are doing is actually degrading the reputation and image of your hotel and as a returning guests I no longer feel that my stay is pleasant and my comfort level has gone down to minus zero. I'm kind enough to write this letter instead of posting on such online media as Trip Advisor, Agoda and Bookings.com. Honestly, I foresee your management will not be taking action and educating this unfit and unethical front office assistants and where is the so called that every single guests that stays at your hotel has the “PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTALITY” stay? Maybe for them what is stated as 'PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTALITY' DOES NOT EXISIT IN THEIR VOCALBUARY AND MAYBE FOR THEM LOSING A RETURNING GUEST IS A CELEBARTED MOMENT FOR THEM. Lastly please ask THEM to differentiate between personal and work life and if they do not understand this term than they are nothing but a sad case of BAD human attitude. I would understand that after this letter, I may blacklisted from staying at your hotel and I'm fine with that as I'm sure to be getting better treatment from other hotels even a no star status hotels. Finally its sad to say with this 2 staffs on your payroll will help downgrade the status of your hotel. Thank you and sincerely, Mr Teoh.
