Pokoknya keren, pelayanan oke, walaupun cuma punya colokan listrik satu boleh pinjam. Yang punya bilang like a father kami manggilnya daddy, pokoknya puas rindu baliiik sana, cuma karena tempatnya dibelakang club2 kami agak takut tapi insyaallah aman kok. Thanks

Tempah di Oscar, tetapi di bilik cinta di rumah tamu di sebelahnya. Bilik-bilik bersih, hanya tersumbat kerana bau permaidani basah. jika anda mahu merebut / uber malam itu sukar kerana jalannya tersekat. Cari makanan dengan mudah, tinggalkan saja aja. Secara keseluruhan, Menerima belanjawan itu.

Satu-satunya perkara yang baik di tempat itu ialah pemeriksaan lelaki. Bilik terlalu kecil, bilik mandi tidak peribadi. Saya bayar 30 rm lebih untuk katil yang sedikit lebih besar. Harga yang saya boleh bayar di tempat lain dan dapatkan bilik pilihan penuh. Nasihat saya jika anda ingin tinggal di sini, jangan menempah bilik saiz raja "tertinggi" jika tidak, anda akan kecewa.

Despite the negative reviews about this hotel, our three-night stay in this hotel was a good experience. Spacious and relatively clean suite, friendly staff, good location and typical breakfast. Of course, I'm not a a stern person, but I think the hotel was a good and average place.

Fair budget place to stay
This was by far the cheapest place we found in KL. The room was clean, advertised with a shared bathroom, but we actually had a small en suite. The breakfast was make yourself toast and was nice enough. The owner very friendly. I'd definitely stay again, the place just needs a lick of paint but for the price you can't complain.

Dirty and Disgusting
Arrived at night and no one was there to check me in at first. When the guy finally came he seemed nice and recommended the place next door for breakfast. Showed me to my room and told me the shower door was broken so I couldn't take a shower that night but they would fix it the next morning. There was a huge spider web under the desk. The air conditioner directly over the bed had a hole underneath it exposing the pipes. There was a hole in the ceiling where I could actually see the light for the room above me. The covering for the wall outlet was lose and a fire hazard. I saw a bug crawl across my money I had put on the bed. Went out front twice and rang the bell to inform the guy I didn't want to stay there and he was completely gone. So I decided to look next door at the restaurant he recommended and found him there relaxing and having fun. Took him back to my room and pointed out all the problems and he acted shocked like he never saw or knew of all the disgusting and dangerous things wrong with that room. Showed me another room which looked better but said I would stay have to stay in the disgusting room that night and then I could stay in the better room the next night but I would have to pay more. I said absolutely not. Then took me to another hostel next door and showed me another room which also looked better but said I would have to pay more money to stay there. I was angry and said if I had more money I wouldn't even be at a hostel I would be at a hotel. He told me those were my only choices. I made up my mind I wouldn't stay at either place but told him I needed time to think. Heard him and the guy laughing and walking away which made me even angrier. Got on my phone and found another place on booking.com. Told him I wanted my money back and he acted shocked. Got an email the next day from booking.com. He told booking I never showed up because that way I can't write a bad review on booking! Truly disgusting place with deceitful people. I was completely fooled by all the positive reviews on booking. I will be more careful next time. I

Feel at home
When I reached KL with a hotel booking made in Oscar guest through agency, I was really happy with the staff Nazeem and Sung who were really good and helpful . Nazeem is good and he guided a lot about the tourist places and the transportation. Rooms are small but clean and tidy, housekeeping is good and she is good. Actually I planned to stay with my family only for a week but we were in Malaysia for 1 month and enjoyed a lot. The only thing I want to share is the other staff in night was not comfortable, his name is Saiful I think so. He made me a penalty for staying for a month without prior notice, when we are staying in the guest house how he can assure the other guest to occupy the room and he told stupid reasons. Though the owner is a tamilian , I just dont want to make it as an issue and the owner is very good.

Great customer service
We had a night booked here and unfortunately we booked the wrong night and are due to fly out tonight back to London. I didn't realise the dates were wrong until after the free cancellation period. I wrote to them to ask to cancel it free of charge, explained my cock-up and they completely understood it and cancelled free of charge which was extremely helpful and kind - very rare to find hotels that will do that for you. Next time we come to KL we will book to stay here!
