Hotel ini sangat memuaskan untuk kemudahan dan room nya bagus.pas kebetulan kami book suite 3 bedroom, pas saya ketinggalan key card, utk minta kunci tambahan resepsionisnya sangat lama untuk pengesahan.

Our fantastic 7 days stay at Ritz Carlton
Checking-in to Ritz was a breeze, Well greeted by the staff and front desk. Front desk staff was really nice and friendly. We have the Butler introduce himself (Daniel) to us and was given some information about the hotels,like Ritz Kidz program going on at the kids room every day etc is definitely comes handy. He welcome us with s surprise fruits, brownie and chocolate platter. Had a good selection of breakfast every day with friendly staff. Requested for a bubbly bath for the kids and was set up by Vinnie and Jack. Thanks for all the afford and services we received during our stay. Overall is definitely a good and strategic place to stay in KL. Walking distance to all the major shopping mall, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, KLCC. Good service from the hotel staff. Executive Rooms are big and spacious fits 2 adult and 2 kids well. Definitely will be back again in the future.

LUXURY & Impeccable Service
This Hotel is Imacculately Clean. The Staff are all very Helpful, Attentive & Polite. We were very fortunate to be assisted by Shafiq Ghani in The Club Lounge. We breifly explained the places of interest we would like to visit & he kindly mapped out an itinery & possible tour guides & addition places of interest. We were treated like Royalty Make sure you book the Club Lounge its worth every cent!

Less than I expected from a Ritz Carlton
First the positive - the hotel is massive and lovely in every detail. The public areas are so impressive. The bell staff are extremely helpful. I had a massage one day and the spa is wonderful; the massage was great. Now the disappointing. The butler service - a joke. I tried on four occasions to call the butler for help and NEVER was the phone answered. I ended up calling the operator who connected me to room service, etc. So a 100% miss on that "feature." Next, English skills on the first floor are impeccable - but if you need to speak with anyone else around the hotel be prepared for some difficulty. I realize I am the visitor and it is their country - but am also the guest who needs help and it is their job to provide it to me. Third, the club floor amenities (I visited for breakfast and lunch) are meager. On each occasion, I asked for a drink (they are not self service) and on NEITHER occasion did a server return with my drink. Most critically, there is some huge construction project taking place behind the hotel - the work goes from around 8 AM until around midnight, when I was told they have to stop. So if you want to work in a peaceful room or deal with your jet lag, do NOT accept a room on the swimming pools side of the hotel. The construction is just coming out of the ground, so this will be an issue for years - after which point there will likely be no view from the backside of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
For our first trip we chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton we had been advised to stay in the Bukit Bintang area as it was central for everything. This has to be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in on my travels. From the moment we arrived the check in service from Dineish was excellent and we were given a room upgrade. We were then escorted to our room and shown all the facilities in the room and what a room it was massive with loads of space and my wife loved the dressing room area. The bathroom was great with a bath and shower and fantastic Asprey toiletries. Our personal butler Puiman was always on call and the surprise chocolate brownies were excellent. During our stay we took in afternoon tea one day and our waiter Sajeb was excellent and also took time to ask us about our stay and then when he was next on breakfast duty took it upon himself to give us a very personal service. We also had drinks in the library room one evening and again the service from Jonathan and his waiting staff was excellent. The only down side of our stay was that there was building work taking place on the plot of land next to the pool area which meant that it could be noisy while sitting by the pool. In summary there are two good things about the Ritz Carlton KL. The hotel its self is excellent and it is a wonderful place to spend down time during a holiday but most of all the best thing about the hotel are the staff they are a credit to the hotel and make you feel so special.
