Das Personal war sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Nachdem es am Anreisetag Probleme wegen der Auslastung gab, wurden wir eine Nacht in einem höherwertigen Hotel untergebracht. Die Handtücher wurden jeden gewechselt.

The hotel is in a great location. It's perfect if you want to explore the island on a bus. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is located next to a long promenade. Guests can relax on sun loungers and swim in the pool on the other side of the street. The breakfast was very simple, and it was more like a typical English breakfast. There is a place to get water and a machine to make ice cubes on every floor. Unfortunately, the room smelt strongly of something, and the view from the window was of a ventilation shaft and the wall. But luckily, we were out of the hotel for the whole day. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change the room because the hotel was fully booked. We left the room with breakfast at 12 a.m. We asked for breakfast to be sent to us, but all we got was a dry sandwich. It was a very disappointing end to our stay.

The hotel was very clean and organised. Our room was very comfortable and the sea view was worth the extra money. We were on the 8th floor and any noise generated by the busy area and road outside was not a problem as the doors and height blocked it.The bed was very big and comfortable.
Breakfast was average - the hot food was only slightly warm at times but the pastries were very good. More fresh fruit would be an improvement and also better breakfast cereals.
Seasons bar was disappointing as it lacked comfort and ambience. We also found bar service to be very slow.
Grana restaurant was very good, and busy so worth booking especially at the weekend.
Access to Aqualuna over the road was a bonus as this included sun beds and towels. The pool was very warm but crowded as many people chose to stand around in it. The music was loud and repetitive so we chose to sit in the upper area where it was less intrusive. The pizza was very good. We did not like it that smoking was allowed as this was unpleasant.
Overall the hotel was very good and apart from the Seasons bar and breakfast it felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star.

The photos that are advertised for this hotel looked way better than what it was. We felt the half of the room were dark, and we felt icky. The bathroom had the window, which we could see some trashes, and the next door's bedroom from some angle. The noise/sounds of other rooms we could hear from the bathroom window also. The notes looked nice, but it was not functional. We totally missed reading it - because the note looked some random graphic, and we didn't even notice the water service system on the each floor. The day when we leave, we found the empty bottle on the table, and finally noticed about the water service. The hotel front could have told us about the service when we arrived. Because these days, we see bottles are waiting in hotel rooms in general.
Also, we thought there were no hair dryer surprisingly, but we found it in the closet drawer - which is far from the bathroom. so I didn't notice until the next day..The pool amenity service was nice, but it was across the street, and way crowded. The drink service was nice but the time slot was only one hour, we couldn't use it. Breakfast wasn't our favorite either. I mean, it's better than one of the hotels we had in England...but not that good.
We have traveled a lot, and used a lot of similar priced ranged hotels, so we know this hotel could be better.

Loved the views and enjoyed the 9th floor bar and complimentary drinks. Room was clean and kept tidy by housekeeping throughout our stay. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice that catered for my gluten free diet.
