Natasha (on site help) is wonderful, helpful and fun. She cooked fresh eggs each morning. This side street location is quiet, but only a short walk to the water or shopping. We will visit again.

The hotel is really nice, great rooms and comfy beds and very clean. The location is excellenr and the breakfast each day wasnice. The Lady member of staff who made the hot food items for the breakfast each morning was so kind. We did have a very good stay. The only issue we had was that on check in our reservation (booked via Expedia) could not be found on the automatic check in machine and said we owed several hundred euros. I had the reservation and had paid, when we contacted the number we found in the instructions by the machine the person who answered the phone was quite rude and said that all the arrivals for that day had checked in, but we hadn’t. I phoned Expedia who told me that when they got through, after saying they were from Expedia, were hung up on. After a lot of back and forth the person on the phone agreed to speak to a manager, we tried to check in again about twenty minutes later and somehow were able to check in and the money had been accepted. We checked in eventually but it was stressful at that time and the person was quite dismissive. It didn’t spoil our time on holiday and the hotel was still great but it could have been a lot smoother checking in.

We had daisy room which is big enough for two. The property was spotless. The service was great, helpful and the staffs were friendly. Special thanks for Natascha for all of her help, we had a great and pleasure stay because of her. Breakfast even better than expected, there are some options to have english breakfast fresh cooked in the morning by request. Mini market is opposite the hotel. We could park our car on the street for free, but this one we just had luck I guess cause the streets are mostly narrow. Our room was exactly next to the street but we heard no noise at all. Overall a great stay and worth for the price !

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, man kann alles (Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.) zu Fuß erreichen. Zudem hat die Unterkunft schöne große Zimmer, der Check in verlief reibungslos und das Frühstück ist ausreichend gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer zuvorkommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the aircon was not working properly, we tried to contact the management to get some help and never got an answer... The place is well located and stylish.

Great location, just a 15 minute walking to Valletta or Gozo High speed ferries. 5 minutes walk to Surfside restaurant or Roman Baths pools, 7 minutes to Il- restaurant. 5 minutes walk to bus stop to Saint , super easy to took and many routes. There is a small supermarket in one minute walk. Quiet area, everything in the room its ok, equal the photos, nice to stay. Service was excellent, check-in easy. Nice breakfast included.

Very lovely, kind and helpful Customer Service. My room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was made quick and delicious. Definitely I will return to Belle Boutique 🤗

Wonderful stay, easy check in experience and room was clean and well presented. Some wear and tear to the room, only real constructive feedback would be the bathroom could be improved with some shelving by the sink and and in the shower, otherwise we had to leave things on the floor/out of the bathroom. Breakfast was good considering included in the price too.

Excellent clean room and great choice of breakfast buffet. One street away from the beach so very convenient to walk to the Roman Baths at rhe beach. Restaurants and bus stops within walking distance. Sliema Town centre is about 10mins on the bus. Would highly recommend.

We arrived around 4:30pm and took 3 pieces of government ID to check in, we had to manually input all of the information to a virtual check-in. No corresponding Room name with the room number, so had to try every door, door key never worked on any door. - Never informed about Virtual Check-in - No info on paperwork at front desk re: Room names corresponding to Room #. - Tried calling via What's Ap, call was declined, booking agent ignored our call. Finally sent an IT guy to re-set card key. - No access to our room for over an hour waiting for IT guy to show up to re-set system to get into our room. - Room was OK, no window in main area, dark overall - A/C did NOT work properly for 2 days, would blow hot air, shut off at night, had a terribly hot sleeps. - AC and lights turned off while in the room at random and multiple times. - AC shut off after 2nd night, very poor customer service from booking agent, "Anna". - AC continued to shut off every time we left the room - Came back to a hot stuffy room everyday! - We had to re-set AC every time! - Breakfast & cleaning was exceptional - No fridge in the room - Ideal location - "jimmy marks" in door frame from someone who had the same issue with access to the room as shown in 2 attached picture - Asked for reasonable discount, but was completely ignored by booking agent "Anna" - "It's not bad luck it's bad management" and this place is in for a rude awakening operating the way it is.

A lovely old refurbished house on a quiet street just off the water front of Sliema. Breakfast good, very nice staff. Some guests had problems with the room key cards. Sadly there is no social space and only one hard chair in the room. However the rooms were good and i enjoyed my stay.

This 8-room B&B was a fine choice for my 4 nights in Sliema, after having been traveling for about a month elsewhere in Greece and Malta. It was an easy 1 minute walk to the promenade, which offered plenty of options for tours, eating, shopping, bus routes, etc. The hotel’s 2 housekeepers/cooks were delightful ladies. Natasha and Sunti (?) made sure my needs were met, even though the hotel has no reception area. They set out an ample selection of foods in the AM and made a few hot items available on request.
