Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc - All Inclusive

Our family enjoyed staying at Aqua Mirage a lot. Plenty of good quality food, heated pool, lots of different sports to do, daily cleaning and very friendly staff.

Food was always cold and so was the dining hall. Choice was good but pretty limited and repetitive for vegetarians

Overall, very good!

We were 2 ladies in our late 20s on a friend holiday. Beautiful resort with lots to do for families and kids though it wasn’t really our vibe so we didn’t get involved in any. The food in the canteen is very repetitive and if you’re a fussy eater, you will probably find it hard to enjoy the food. It’s always so chaotic in there too making it hard to enjoy the food anyway. I did find a big piece of hair in my crepe which put me off the food. The decent food is always snapped up as soon as it’s refilled as well. Snacks were great, the best part of the food I’d say. Entertainment was a bit slap dash - found it quite boring to be honest. Go to Safran by Koya if you want great entertainment. I thought a few of the staff were quite offensive, I’m Chinese but don’t fully look like the typical Chinese person and don’t mind being asked where I’m from as I’m a very chilled and an open person but they were repetitively coming up the whole holiday and being like “Chinese” which was just very annoying. Reception was an actual nightmare, you need to have more staff on when it’s busy and clearer signs as to where you go for certain things. We waited in the queues for 20 mins to be told you have to go somewhere else to book shuttle buses or can only pay cash for towel cards. Lots of pool areas with lots of sun loungers which was great! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as a whole for the price we paid and will return for the big rooms and nice pool area’s.

Superbe hôtel avec un aquaparc au top. Equipe animation au top également sauf le personnel qui utilise le terrain de foot à partir de 17h30 empêchant les clients d’utiliser les infrastructures au moment le plus frais de la journée.

I loved everything abouth this property. The staff were the highlight, especially the entertainment & pool crew. Food was really lovely, everything was so clean & well maintained. I will definitely return.

4th Time at Aqua Mirage and live this hotel. Plenty of tired parts but overall a lovely, great value hotel with superb service, the best Morrocan Tegines and great entertainment. We'll go back avain and again.

Magnifique hôtel, très bien entretenu, notamment sur les espaces communs et extérieurs. Les allées sont majestueuses et l’ensemble est joliment mis en valeur. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée, la restauration variée et délicieuse. Nous n’avons pas participé aux activités proposées donc impossible d’en parler. Le seul bémol mais plutôt lié à Hotel.com : j’avais bien indiqué l’âge de mon fils (15 ans), lors de ma réservation, mais l’hôtel l’a considéré comme un adulte et nous a fait payer un supplément sur place. J’ai perdu le bénéfice de mon programme de fidélité et n’ai pu bénéficier de mon cashback (en plus d’avoir considérablement dépassé mon budget initial!!). J’espère que l’information est bien remontée à Hotel.com, ainsi que je l’ai largement mentionné au personnel de la réception. Ce serait dommage que la situation se reproduise, c’est scandaleux.

Had a wonderful experience, serene environment, friendly staff, lots of activities to keep busy/entertained, friendly & thorough security staff. Definitely worth the time away

The staff when we checked in didn’t explain the timings of the restaurant open times, nor did they describe all the facilities available.

Average hotel. Good variety of food options but those options did not change much during my stay. Grounds well maintained but rooms and buildings looking tired

Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan.

Except for Some run down conditions and same food for lunch and dinner( multiple options), the over stay was good. Even though there are multiple coffee machines, I preferred the brewed coffee and it was always empty unless you get there first. Need to refill the American coffee more often.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais le prix nuitée est un peu élevé pour un hôtel populaire a d’autres hôtels. Sinon tout s’est bien passé. Personnel et alimentation parfait. Piscine bien chauffée mais un peu trop de monde pour nager. La navette prix un peu élevée. C’est un bon hôtel familial où tout y est. Donc dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour et merci à tous.

Terrible customer services!!!! The worst all inclusive experience in Morocco!!! Don’t recommend it

we booked for five days really enjoyed the food as it was fresh anc lots of options, resort was lovely and clean just the rooms were abit of a walk away from the resurant and wish aqua park had some heated pools as kids couldnt go in as was too cold the actual heated pool was to deep for younger kids other than that all good

Beautiful location, friendly staff and good dining options.

We had to check out early, literally within 24hours of arriving, as we were not at all comfortable. The facilities were dated, the toilet was broken and the flush barely worked. The rooms were tiny and there were no options for vegetarians. The cutlery and glasses weren’t cleaned. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive as options were limited. The staff were lovely and did try their best to help us however there was only so much they could do. They were happy to refund us, however this was up to hotels.com In contacting hotels.com they weren’t able to contact the hotel. We luckily managed to book another hotel however, if we weren’t able to we would have been stuck. Hotels.com need to improve their communications with the hotel to ensure customers are happy and the simplest part they should be able to contact the companies they partner with. We weren’t issued a refund as hotels.com were unable to get through after a couple of tries. We managed to get through. Just want to make sure no one else experiences this as it was hard for us to find another hotel and we had to pay a substantial amount for this.
