Chambre impeccable, personnel au petit soin, très serviable, très propre Seule déception la suite occupée n’était pas isolée les portes et fenêtres qui sont plutôt des volets laissent tout entendre de l’extérieur comme intérieur donc pas d’intimité en couple Dans l’ensemble séjour très agréable et je le recommande à 100%

Ho già fatto i complimenti di persona al gentilissimo proprietario e a tutte le ragazze che lavorano in questo meraviglioso Riad, Saida è super efficiente e non sa cosa fare per farti trovare bene, le ragazze della SPA (sii, ho fatto l’Hammam con mio marito e dei massaggi) hanno sempre il sorriso e sono simpaticissime. Grazie al Clik Riad Spa… vi sto pensando continuamente, vi saluto e vi abbraccio, Ornella e Massimo

Chambre propre, personnel très agreable, massage et hammam très appreciable, bon petit dejeuner

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon, la chambre très propre ainsi que les draps et le mobilier. Un service de très bonne qualité, les hotes étaient disponibles et serviables à toutes heures

Nous y avons séjourné 13 nuits et n’avons que des commentaires positifs à partager. Les chambres sont superbes, confortables et impeccablement propres. Le petit-déjeuner, servi chaque matin, est délicieux. Le service du spa est aussi exceptionnel, nous avons adoré les massages! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider en toute occasion. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésiter à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience authentique et mémorable au Maroc!

Très bon accueil, le personnel est aux petits soins; Riad joli et propre, bon petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol : c’est très bruyant, on entend tout de la chambre, aucune insonorisation.

Bad first impression as we had asked them to arrange airport pickup (they had responded that "it will be waiting for you upon arrival"). On arrival no car was waiting and when we got in contact with someone after half an hour he told me there was no car waiting. Upon arrival a younger man angrily and loudly said "This is your fault!" without even checking the facts. This led to us not feeling fully safe and relaxed during our stay. Rooms were OK, but a bit overpriced compared to the competition, and very dark. In one room the lights didn't work except for bed nightlights, so we had to use torches. Garbage from the previous guests were still in the bin. Other than this service was OK and the older man (owner?) was very friendly and tried to converse (unfortunately we did not speak much french). Ended up rebooking our last night there to stay at a different place.

Den engelskspråklige kontakten vår på Riaden var helt fantastisk. Han ordnet mat, taxi, gav oss alt vi spurte om og mange tips til gode spisesteder i byen. Han svarer raskt på WhatsApp og alltid høflig og blid. De andre ansatte snakket kun marokkansk/fransk. Under massasjen visket de ansatte til hverandre hele tiden, men de stod og tittet ut i gangen (flere ganger mens massasjen pågikk). Hadde ikke tatt spa her igjen. Det er små kiosker i nærheten. Men vår mann på hotellet ordnet alt vi ønsket oss av drikke og mat, så det var aldri noe problem.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for – their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. The riad itself is stunning – a peaceful oasis with gorgeous architecture and elegant details that create a truly romantic atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a couple’s retreat. The food was absolutely brilliant – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The location was also ideal – tucked away enough to feel tranquil, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. If you’re looking for a romantic escape with charm, comfort, and exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Had a great stay, breakfast was lovely and the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Hamman great value for money and great value for money.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing stay at Click Riad for the following reasons: - Although my partner speaks some French, we experienced a major language barrier with all staff at the riad as none of them had a basic level of English communication skills - As we were going expecting to be arriving at the riad at about 9:00pm, we contacted the riad several days in advance to arrange a meal to be prepared for us on arrival, which we confirmed via email. When we arrived at the riad after a long day of travelling, we were informed that a meal wasn't possible that evening, which was really frustrating. They apologised and offered to move our meal to a different evening, but we had already made plans. We eventually settled on some snacks as an apology for the inconvenience. - Although we were shown to the room we had booked when we arrived, we were then moved to a cheaper room as it was supposedly quieter than the more premium room that we had booked. We complained and then were moved to our original room. - Although our room was lovely, the mattress was very hard and the bathroom light is turned on via a motion sensor, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night. - The riad doesn't really have much of an atmosphere during the day or evening. - When we tipped the owner as we were leaving the riad, he rudely snatch the tip without saying thank you or good bye. We wanted to enjoy our experience at Click Riad, but as there are so many options in Marrakesh, we won't be returning

Le Riad est génial et très jolie ! Rien à dire sur la propreté et le personnel/service. Il est bien situé et nous a permis de nous déplacer dans la plupart des lieux connus à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent et copieux ! J'aimerais souligner la gentillesse du gérant du Riad Abdou sans qui le séjour n'aurait pas été aussi chaleureux. C'est un monsieur très souriant, au petit soin pour ses clients et disponible quasiment tout le temps. N'hésitez pas à discuter avec lui si vous en avez besoin d'en connaitre plus sur la culture marocaine, il sera ravi d'en parler. Merci encore pour cet incroyable séjour !

La camera piccolissima e nel prezzo doveva comprendere anche la Spa.. invece lo dovuta pagare a parte 40 euro a coppia.. direi esagerato.
