Voici un avis clair et professionnel que tu peux utiliser : ⸻ Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Pestana Casablanca en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et l’expérience a été très positive. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, et le personnel s’est montré très réactif et attentionné. Ils nous ont rapidement installé et ont même apporté un lit bébé supplémentaire sans difficulté. Le lendemain matin, ils ont également pris en charge nos bagages avant notre départ, ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité l’organisation. Service efficace, personnel professionnel et accueillant. Rien à redire, tout s’est très bien passé. ⸻ Si tu veux, je peux te faire une version plus courte (Google) ou plus percutante 👍

Helpful and welcoming stuff at the reception. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located directly on the beach in a nice area. Had a relaxing stay.

Overall a lovely staff at Pestana , my room was literally a small apartment, spotless and also had a washing machine ( which was great after a week of traveling ) . The hotel breakfast was a steal and had a lot of good options

Le ménage laisse à désirer l’aspirateur n’a jamais été passé pendant mon séjour. Des toufes de poussière volaient sur le sol, les poubelles n’étaient pas vidées.

Seul bémol le nettoyage dans les chambres, Jamais l’aspirateur n’a été passé pendant mon séjour. Des touffes de poussières sur le sol jamais aspirer et poubelles ne sont pas vidées. Dommage cela fait vraiment tache …

Staff was phenomenal, and so accommodating and helpful. The property and rooms could use some updating, though. We had to call maintenance several times as things like the lights and water were not working.

Beachfront 😇 Big suite with washer Clean room, great staff everyone was very friendly Many beachfront restaurants nearby and a big mall. In the same complex as the Four Season Hotel 😊

La suite a déjà bien vécu... trou dans le canapé. Joint d'étanchéité dans la salle de bain dans un mauvais état. Les murs sont gorgés d'eau.

Gods place clean but lacks enough towels and toiletries

Great location! The beach is just outside the back entrance. Safe and quiet location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

While the staff was very friendly we encountered several inconveniences during our stay to include the following: The only daily cleaning service is to make the bed and provide a dry towel for the bathroom floor. Towels were not refreshed and bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned during our 7 day stay. There were no liners in the trashcans provided. Room service was extremely inefficient with one order taking approximately 3 hours and three different interactions (including a visit to the front desk) to receive correctly. We were told the kitchen staff cooked our food and then left for the night without delivering it. The second room service order we tried to place by phone but no one answered after several attempts. It was not near closing time for the restaurant so we went in person to the restaurant to place the order. We were told they were too busy to answer the phone and we cold only order pizza because everything else would take too long. The shower door is not useful. Water covers the entire bathroom including toilet paper during each shower. The hotel listing boasts a bar but no bar is located on the premises. As an American this was the main reason we booked this hotel as we understood that many locations in Morocco did not serve liquor. The room we booked was not available upon arrival so we were switched to a different class of room. We were told the view of the new room was better than the one we originally booked so I agreed. The view was of apartment building.

Very good property on the beach and next to Hassan Mosque! The pool was lackluster but we didn't stay long at the property anyway. Rooms are incredibly spacious and clean!!

Although it was just a couple of days, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It is ideally located on the shore and within walking distance from a shopping mall. Rooms were very clean and spacious and well equiped for longer stat. In fact, it is the first hotel that had your own personal washing machine and sufficient utentials and cutlerry for cooking if you wanted.
