The hotel is so well located in the city centre. It is extremely easy to experience the life of local Morrocan in the area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend it

If I could give 6 stars I would. Mohamed, Amine, Aziz, and Fatima were excellent and saw to our every need. The Riad is beautiful and comfortable. I cannot recommend Riad Karmela Princesses enough.

Nous sommes ravis de l'accueil de ce tres beau riad, le personnel aux petits soins et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Les chambres sont propres, petit déjeuner copieux et les soins hammam et massages excellent. Un merci particulier à Mohamed qui nous a chouchouté pour l'anniversaire de mon mari Au top ! Nous recommandons fortement ce Riad. Notre séjour était parfait !

Property was beautiful although check out was a bit chaotic and wasn’t explained clearly.

Look no further. Central to everything you want to see and do. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Also safe and enjoyable for LGBTQ .

Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The place is an oasis of tranquility in the busy medina. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely. We had a massage there and that was better than the massage we had at another place where we went for a hamman. But on top of that it’s the staff that get this place 5 stars. Welcoming, attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us recommendations, made phone calls for trips, organised taxis and tuktuks and changed money. Without them we’d have spent a lot more time searching the medina - which is also part of the point of going to Marrakech -but not if you want to be somewhere at a set time!

Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was satisfactory.

The front desk was very helpful, Mohamed was very patient with us. He took the time explaining the maps going to Jemma el Fnna, but we still got lost twice. He also checked on us when we were walking to the square. At 1am we were going back to the Riad, we couldn’t find our place, I used goggle maps, there was no connection. It was very dark and scary, we called the hotel but could not connect. I would not want to stay there next time because of the difficulties finding the Riad. There’s should be more lights and signs visible for the location.

✅ erstklassige Lage, inmitten der Medina. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Klassisches Riad mit sehr schönem Baustil. Kofferservice, der die Koffer und die Riadgäste bis zum Abholpunkt bringt. Gute Massagen. ❌ Ameisen im Bad. Sehr hellhörig. Teure Preise für Ausflüge und Taxi. Frühstück nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

We spent 4 nights at Riad Karmela Princesse in early April. The staff at both Karmela Princesse and Riad Karmela opposite could not have been more helpful, friendly or kind. The Riad was an oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. We had booked a suite for us and our two teenage children and had great rooms next to each other. The kids had a wonderful time with a great mix of activities as well as time on the terrace in the sun and in the pool. The Riad also had wifi everywhere which was super useful. Everyone was keen to ensure we had a wonderful trip and offered many suggestions for day trips and outings. We booked a day trip Ourika Valley, an evening trip with camel rides in the Desert D'Agafay as well as Jardin Majorelle during the day and the trips and transport were ideal. All of the drivers were friendly and informative and the map that the Riad provided on day one was brilliant and easy to follow through the Medina. As it was Ramadan while we were there we ate most of our evening meals in the Riad (due to timings) where they offered a choice of two set menus that changed each day. Every meal was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The breakfasts were also delicious and offered plenty of variety. Would highly recommend Riad Karmela Princesse
