This riad is a stunning oasis in the bustling heart of Marrakech, and our stay was nothing short of magical. The riad’s architecture is a beautiful blend of traditional Moroccan design and contemporary comforts. The central courtyard, adorned with lush greenery and a shimmering pool, created a calming atmosphere that felt like a private escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Our room was a masterpiece of Moroccan design, featuring hand-painted tiles, rich fabrics, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Every detail, from the traditional lanterns to the plush seating area, was thoughtfully curated to enhance our experience.
The service at Riad NS was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. From the warm welcome with mint tea and pastries to the personalized recommendations for local attractions, their attention to detail was unparalleled. The concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we experienced the best Marrakech had to offer.
The riad is perfectly situated, offering easy access to the main attractions while still providing a tranquil retreat. Wandering through the nearby souks and exploring the vibrant local culture was a breeze, thanks to it's prime location.
Our stay here was a truly unforgettable experience. It’s the kind of place that captures the essence of Moroccan hospitality and offers an extraordinary level of comfort and charm. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, & can’t wait to return.

Tout le personnel a mit à l’honneur la réputation de l’hospitalité marocaine ! Les chambres sont nettoyés tout les jours, le petit déjeuner est très copieux ( sucré et salé ) et le Riad est en plein cœur de la médina ce qui est très pratique pour visiter.

The staff was truly lovely. Zineb is a gem and the manager of the riad, and the girls who work with her are kind and attentive.
Despite the riad being beautiful, I gave this place two stars for several important reasons. First, the heating did not work, and it was very cold at night. On the first evening, a staff member tried to fix it for 30–40 minutes without success. I was exhausted and accepted a second blanket instead. The next day they said it was fixed, but it still did not work, and the room temperature dropped to about 15°C (59°F) (check pic when i click on room temp button to get sensed temperature in room)
My room was on the main floor, so I could hear every noise and had very little privacy. In the morning, it was difficult to feel comfortable. The internet was also very poor, and I could barely get a signal in my room.
Everything inside the riad was very expensive, with prices in euros. They charged 2 euros for a tea that is usually free outside.
Finally, there was a serious issue with payment. They insisted on cash only without giving any advance notice. I explained that I only had enough cash for my taxi to the airport. Despite this, they waited until the very last minute, when I was about to leave for my flight, to take out the card machine. I felt cornered and stressed, and worried about missing my plane because of their lack of organization.
While the staff was kind and the riad is beautiful, these issues significantly affected my stay.
