Riad O'Zeen

Excellent Riad in a great location. Situated close to the city walls, taxis and transport can drop you right at the door — a real advantage when you see so many tourists dragging their suitcases through the Medina. Being on the edge means zero hassle, yet it’s still only a 15‑minute walk to the main square. Hamid and the team are exceptional. The setting is beautiful, the location is ideal, and the breakfast is excellent. The team looked after our family with genuine care — nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always ready to help with anything our children needed. I couldn’t recommend Riad O’Zeen highly enough.

What a wonderful Riad to stay in and experience Marrakesh. It is a small family run business done with a lot of heart and soul. from the start communication was great, although slight misunderstanding on my part about airport transfer (you pay driver, ladt time we paid Riad!). The room was brilliant for the 4 of us, with everyone getting a decent bed. Heating or aircon and extremely clean. We had dinner the first night and the tagine was one of the best we've had. Equally breakfast was amazing. Information given on places to eat go and so helpful. It is about 20 min walk from here to most places and it's amazing that even though within 5 you're in the hustle and bustle that its extremely peaceful. Our last day we had a late flight and because they were shutting for a break for Ramadan/Eid kindly let us keep our room until we had to go. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

What an amazing place to stay! The host (Hamid?) was delightful and kind and helped with anythjng you needed. He appeared to be available almost 24/7 The accommodation is beautiful and quiet. The fact it’s a little out of the busy and noisy centre of Marrakech was perfect for us and, as many others say, this is a quiet haven in Marrakech. Breakfast was generous and tasty and the small touches a delight. Highly recommend!
