SBN Suite Hôtel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im SBN Suite Hôtel. Unsere Suite war grosszügig und verfügte über zwei Balkone mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Wir haben alles bequem zu Fuss erledigen können. Eine empfehlenswerte Adresse für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Television were not working

The location to the beach, restaurants, train and ferries, was very convenient.

Hôtel exceptionnel

We were disappointed in this hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for 3 people but the room had supplies for only 2 people. On our first night there, we had no TV service, no hot water in the sink, and a toilet that would not refill. A hotel employee came to our room and spent hours trying to fix the problems. And we spent the first night of our stay stuck in the hotel room assisting him. Although the hotel management was apologetic, they were never able to get the TVs working. We had also requested an in-room safe prior to our arrival and were provided only a small portable (2-lb) safe that offered no security and malfunctioned. On the following night, we asked the front desk to arrange for a taxi to take us to the ferry port in the morning. The next morning, at the time of our departure, we were told the taxi had not been arranged. They called a taxi for us and were told that the ferry port was not open that day due to winds, so we had to go to another more distant ferry port. We ended up missing the next ferry out of that port and had to wait 3 more hours for the next ferry. This resulted in us arriving late and losing our rental car. Although it was not the hotel’s fault that the ferry was not operating, if they had scheduled the taxi for us, we could have been notified of the closure sooner and have made it onto the earlier ferry in the other port. We expected better service, and functioning utilities and appliances for the amount of money we paid for this hotel.

It is an amazing place. The people are just 2 nice, the rooms very good. Everything related to the place was amazing. But if you do not sleep with noises…. the area is very noises Durant the whole night. An ear plug will help for who can use it. But the hotel was very very good.

This property is deceitful and stingy. We checked in around 630pm and they did not disclose that the hotel had no heat at check-in. Went to wash my hands and no towels were in sight. They brought 3 towel’s despite there being 4 people on the reservation. We requested heaters for the baby & toddler and they said they would only provide one which was an old radiator style heater. There were no blankets in the second bedroom, only top sheets and I had to call twice to request additional blankets. In the morning while I was showering, they came to ask for the heater back. When i told them that i was unhappy about the heating situation, they laughed it off. Absolutely unacceptable and not one comp was offered. I wish we had just switched hotels but it was late and we had to get our baby & toddler to bed.

Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was nice and clean ,2 minutes walking from the beach. Alias was very welcoming Ghizlane was so helpful , we loved her.

Pros: super spacious living room and bedroom. It was literally like an apartment. the shower was fantastic and they offer bath robes which is a plus, walkable to the beach, can feel the sea breeze from the room, many restaurants and supermarkets around the area, close to ferry pier if you want to take a day trip to Tarifa in Spain Cons: the sea view room was not too worth it as you can only see the beach at a small balcony attached to the main bedroom one girl staff at the reception was not so helpful and she had no smile not many choices for the breakfast buffet

Excellent hotel with amazing service. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Room was comfy, spacious and very clean. I do recommend this hotel

Hotel moderno, quarto excelente, parece um apto, com mini cozinha, sala de estar, quarto separado do banheiro, toalhas novas, chuveiro grande. O que tem a melhorar cafe da manha consta no Expedia que é das 7h00 as 10h00 e na verdade é as 8h00 e mesmo sendo as 8h00 nem uma vez estava funcionando pontualmente, os alimentos chegavam aos poucos. Outro ponto negativo os funcionários nao falam inglês, so um unico funcionário da recepcao nos ajudava, embora todos muito simpaticos em ajudar, a lingua inglesa é fundamental para se ter em um hotel!

Service plutôt propre manque d’espace pour avoir rajouter une troisième personne le service n’était pas adapté, dans l’ensemble c’était propre juste dans la nuit les voisins faisait beaucoup de bruit jusqua 4 h du matin
