Hôtel très bien situé, neuf, personnel très accueillant. Très bon accueil de Ibtissam et Mounir sur place. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calme. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel.

Ratings for this place are too high on Expedia. It’s at best a 2-3 star hotel. Newer construction but service is hit or miss. No option or desire to accommodate for early check in even after I was willing to pay extra. When I asked the lady was rude about it. She was walking around with a smug look on her face while I was waiting for 2 hours exhausted after overnight travel. No courtesy or empathy. Btw the place only has 24 rooms. Lobby is small and cramped barely 4 people can sit there. Rooms are also very small. No restaurant or breakfast. Good thing I stayed only for two nights. Overall the place is not bad if you want to stay close to the train station but much better options are available at this price point.

The bed had 2 large yellow stains on the left hand side of the bed in the middle and bottom

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! We fortunately have travelled a lot and agreed this hotel was well maintained, clean, tidy, hospitable and very responsive to any requests. Ibtissam & Shamy at reception made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend to friends and family.

An interesting simple hotel - on the positives I liked the juice machine in the lobby and the entrance had a fun vibe, check-in was easy. The room needs to be repainted, and there were three dirty footprints in my shower. There was a good amount of noise from the street and the interior corridors. Room was average size only, and just an okay value.

Le personnel est très professionnel et efficace, un accueil excellent à l’arrivée et une disponibilité pendant tout le séjour. Les chambres sont modernes, très propres et disposent de tout le confort. C’est avec plaisir que je retournerais à cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage à Marrakech.

The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Continental Hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Imane, who greeted me with a lovely cup of tea. She also handled my check-in smoothly and provided me with all the useful information I needed for my stay.
When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to be sent off with a thoughtful goodie bag — a sweet treat for the palate and something to drink for the journey. Such attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my experience truly memorable.
