Hotel Angel Land

若いスタッフが多く、しっかりとサービスしていただきました。エアコン、冷蔵庫もあり部屋も綺麗でした。湯量も最高です。 不満点があるとすれば、どこからか蟻が入ってきて缶ジュースなどの缶を置いとくとびっくりするくらいですかね〜

We arrived exhausted to the hotel because we had a night bus. Suddenly when we were in our room for a while we realized that there was a problem with the main light, it won’t get off. We told the staff later about it and they said that they knew about this problem. If you knew about it why did you gave us this room? We decided that we leave this place to another hotel although we paid for this night, we couldn’t stay there and sleep like this with the light in our faces. The service was horrible, and even though we told the stuff about it, it didn’t seem like they care about it.

Location of the hotel is good and the staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, there was no real hot water, the shower leaked all over the bathroom, they did not provide any towels in the room, and the sheets were stained.

The hotel looks like it was good at one time. The rooms and bathrooms are large. But overall the hotel is not cared for. There are missing fixtures, stained linens and ill fitted windows in the room. Outside the room is worse. We stayed one night but there were dirty linens on the ground floor landing and dirty dishes in the hall of our floor the entire time we were there. The real disturbance came the next morning taking the stairs (no elevator so these stairs are main access) to breakfast. There were hundreds of dead flies covering the stairs and third floor hallway (no exaggeration). The restaurant, on the fourth floor, was a scene from Twin Peaks- disturbing. We left our provided breakfast untouched and opted to pay for breakfast elsewhere as the atmosphere was so unappetizing. The management obviously doesn’t care and it shows in the staff attitude as well. Just a bit of care and this could be a good hotel.

We got to check in early, that was the only good part. We had rats in the bathroom so we changed room. No rats in the second room but we made sure the pipes in the bathroom was covered. It smelled of dead rat in the bathroom. Tv didn’t work and the WiFi hardly worked in our room. We stayed two nights and they didn’t clean our room after the first night. Sad restaurant with a breakfast buffet with greasy noodles and toast with jam. A really strange place.

Nach jeder Dusche stank es schrecklich im Bad, da keine Lüftung oder Fenster vorhanden sind. Außerdem stand jedes mal das Bad unter Wasser. Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber und auch die Bettwäsche hatte zum Teil Flecken.

Restaurant near river is good. Hotel staff friendly. Reasonable value but a little expensive.

A good hotel within reasonable walking distance from the lake and night market. Friendly helpful staff Clean comfortable room. Would stay again.

Ngt strul med bokningen, men hotellet fixade det direkt. Ringde till systerhotellet ( Hotel Glory, samma ledning) hundra meter bort som gav mig ett rum I motsvarande standard. Snabbt och effektivt. Recensionen avser hotel Glory.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très sympathique et serviable mais l’hôte a bien besoin d’un coup de propre !!! Surtout lescsalle de bain. Petit déjeuner trop simple

Very helpful staff in arranging taxi and bus ticket. Only inconvenient to go to another hotel for breakfast and restaurant not open for dining.

Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et on nous a attribué une chambre directement. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. La chambre est confort et spacieuse.

Hotel en très mauvais état, installation électrique dangereuse, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas complètement qui permet la venu de moustique dans la chambre. Nous avons eu plusieurs heures sans électricité et le Wifi ne fonctionne qu'au niveau de l’accueil. Sinon personnels sympas et parlant anglais et pas trop mal placé avec un marché de nuit a quelques centaines de mètres.

Frühstück eher dürftig. W-LAN ziemlich wackelig.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich, jedoch wurde man von einer Dame auch ziemlich angeschnautzt weil die englische Kommunikation nicht funktionierte. Zimmer wurde NICHT gereinigt. Nach nachfrage hat man nur ein Lächeln jedoch keine Antwort bekommen.

Stayed in a family room with 2 double beds. Ate in the restaurant and had breakfast there too. A large room with little character and uninspiring food.

One night booked through hotels.com. Spontaneaously extended by anbtoher night. Changed room. First room nicer overall, but equipped identically. Hotel staff was very valuable in organizing my activities and transportation around beautiful Hpa An. Overal great stay.

Bed and room very comfortable and clean, cooked to order breakfast (local dish) very good, service terrific as they booked many excursions and bus tickets for us. Only con was the strong septic smell in the bathroom (of our first room, second room was ok).
