Apple Inn Hotel

La habitación estaba muy limpia. El personal aseo la habitación adecuadamente. Lo único es que deben avisar que además de la reservación que se paga por Expedia, en el hotel también debes pagar un impuesto de alrededor de 10 euros que no son reembolsables

Sono senza parole, albergo sporco, camera con porte massacrate, pavimento sporchissimo e consumato! Per non parlare del bagno! Senza bidet, pieno di muffa, per tutto il soggiorno ci siamo lavati a pezzi, perchè io mia figlia di 2 anni e mia moglie temevamo davvero di prenderci qualcosa. Lo sconsiglio a tutti!!! Badate ben a dove prenotate.

Room was not clean, floor was terrible. Also we booked with 2 kids, infants, 0 and 2 years old. Which they knew when we booked, no elevator! This is like a hostel, not 3 stars

En general bien, la habitación es amplia. Solo que la limpieza no es muy buena.

L hôtel est vétuste et peu insonorisé, point positif le couchage est correct. Situation hôtel aussi proche de tout en tram. Mais on est est sur un deux étoiles pas plus. L accessibilité est Aussi difficile avec des escaliers a 60 pct de pente.

Room was kind of scruffy and in dire need of paint on the wall + not deep cleaned for a long time and mugs in the room were not changed between use while we stayed… The staff was ok. If you’re not in good shape or have trouble with steep stairs - don’t book this place. Even if there’s a non-smoking policy one of our rooms smelled of smoke and weed - it was changed after an extra night so in that sense they were helpful at the front desk. the area around the hotel is lovely but I would definitely choose somewhere else to stay.

El personal es bueno aunque les falta dar “la milla extra”. La habitación es buena por el precio que pagamos, nada extraordinario. Baño muy limpio. El área tiene excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo y con mucho transporte. No hay estacionamiento y en la calle o en un público es muy caro. Venden un café exquisito

Quiet and quaint room with everything you need. Convenient and well priced while still being close to transportation. Was the perfect choice for our family of 3 in Amsterdam.

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood just a couple blocks off the Vondel Park. Staff was excellent and really helpful with recommendations. Room was excellent, bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Stairs are a little steep, but that seems to be the norm in Amsterdam. Only thing I'd add to my wishlist would be a mini-fridge. Otherwise, great place to stay!!!

Inconvenience of opening the door of the bathroom, because clashing with the bed, which stood right next to the door. For people weighing more than 60+, it is hard to squeeze through. The safe did not work and, according to the administrator, it has not been working for a long time. The reason why it is there is not clear. The only window overlooked the courtyard of the adjacent house and at night there was noise from the residents celebrating loudly. They prevented us from getting enough sleep. Cobwebs hang on the chandeliers like garlands. Dust is everywhere, deep cleaning is required. At the beginning there were problems with the Internet connection (Wi-Fi did not work). The administrator was rude saying that it was fault of our phone models (we had iPhones), but it turned out that the reason was a malfunction of the Hotel router. Dimitry, a professional in his field, helped us to solve the problem and resolve the issue with the WiFi connection.

Camera pulita e confortevole. Molto essenziale nei servizi. Posizione strategica nel pieno del Museumplein. Col tram in pochi minuti si arriva nel pieno centro di Amsterdam.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und zudem sehr hellhörig, sodass man viel von den Nachbarn mitbekam. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Direkt nach dem Einchecken hatten wir außerdem einen Stromausfall und mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bis die Sicherung gefunden und das Problem behoben wurde. Personal war zwar bemüht, aber insgesamt eher enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Hotel is fine for the cost and location and if you are just using it as a place to sleep. Single beds very narrow and soft, walls very thin so can hear people in adjacent room. No aircon (was there during heatwave, unfortunately). But it’s reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. If you want a nice hotel near the centre you have to pay much more, or pay the same and stay much further out.

Bij aankomst om 12 uur konden we al inchecken, alleen nog niet naar de kamer. De bagage konden we achterlaten in het ontbijthoekje, onbeveiligd.. de lobby zag er netjes uit. De trap naar de kamers is smal en stijl. De kamer is oké, maar niet heel netjes. De douche is klein en zag er vies uit. We gebruikte een campingbedje voor onze baby, maar deze was kapot. Een van de stangen van de bovenrand was ingezakt. Bij het aangeven hiervan, kon de man achter de receptie hier niks aan doen omdat dit een taak was van de housekeeping en ze waarschijnlijk maar 1 babybedje hadden. De kamer was erg lawaaierig. Zowel geluid van buiten was heel goed te horen als het geluid in het hotel van de andere gasten. De ligging daarentegen is echt top!

La ubicación es excelente, se tiene cerca museos y es una zona segura para estar, el personal del hotel amable y muy atento. Por ser barrio antiguo, el hotel no tiene elevador, tampoco tiene Aire Acondicionado (AC). Conveniente para estancia corta.
