Super fijn hotel op een top locatie in Utrecht. Al het personeel was super vriendelijk en hielp meteen waar ze konden! De kamer was heerlijk en voorzien van alles wat je nodig had. Enige nadeel was dat de airco op 18 graden alsnog voor een warme kamer zorgde. Maar al met al zeker aan te raden!

Unschlagbare Lage für Konzertbesuche im Tivoli, direkt im Einkaufszentrum bzw. Bahnhof. Zimmer sind für über 250€ die Nacht eindeutig zu klein. Laute Lüftung im Bad. Ansonsten zweckmässig alles da was man braucht. Frühstück wurde nicht gebucht.

Very confusing on arrival as I didnt realise the hotel entrance was inside a shopping centre, but once inside, it was really convenient for everything we needed.

Really enjoyed my stay (despite it being only for one night 😅). Beds were nice and comfy. Bathroom was brilliant and had everything I expected. There was some kind of fan/drilling sound from the bathroom that stayed on even with the lights off but it didn't disrupt my sleep. The TV is probably one of the best TVs I've had in a hotel room (4K HDR) all with smart apps pre installed. It would have been nice to provide a HDMI port for guests to use for laptops or games consoles but that would have just been a bonus in my opinion. Great location with great views, literally minutes away from the central station with about a 30min train ride from Schiphol airport. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly located nearby the Central train station and in walking distance to the City Centre/Major points of interests. The size of the room and bathroom are good, but there is little room to store any clothes or additional items. The AC is very loud, but you're only option since the windows cannot be opened. Coffee and tea is provided, but no other basic ameneties can be found, you will have to ask for them. All staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is nice, including warm vegetables.

Staff were brilliant and so helpful. Room was great but the mattresses were very hard. Room did not have a great view.

A really good Place to stay directly in the middle of Utrecht. Perfect Location, perfect service. We will return soon

Hotel maravilhoso , desde a recepção dos funcionários atenciosos , quarto maravilhoso , roupas cama cheirosa e confortável , produtos bons e para quem é membro da rede consegue check in antecipado , localização perfeita dentro da estação trem no andar abaixo e onde tb possui um Shopping , perto de tudo e dos pontos turísticos tb . Gostamos muito !
