Wij vonden het een prima hotel. 2 nachten gelogeerd. Kamers niet supergroot maar voldoen aan alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben ons er welkom gevoeld.

Typical of small hotel in small town. it is located in what seems the town center but everything is closed by 19:00. very basic but is accordingly cheap as well.
breakfast has a small selection but it was enough for a quick bite with the coffee
staff is really friendly and very helpful
The hotel restaurants is really fantastic!
i would definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip

When we arrived at the hotel at nigh we could't get into the hotel. We had to stay outside in the cold for almost 1 hour and half because nobody were present to attend us. We had to call and if you don't have a phone to call your will stay out!

The hotel called us the day before our 2 bookings and said they were canceling our reservations due to double booking. We had already stayed 2 nights but forced us to leave losing the 3rd and 4th nights. Room was noisy due to construction. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs all the time. And on the nights they say they were double booked there were still vacancies showing on the search sites. Everyone else was full so we were forced to sleep in the car.

Locatie top, hartje centrum. Prima bedden. Zeeeer gehorig, zowel voor geluid dat van buiten komt, maar ook voor geluid van de kamer ernaast/(schuin)onder. Draaikiep-systeem van beide ramen was kapot, waardoor we niet zelf het raam konden openen/sluiten.

The hotel was located in the very center of Helmond, which might be good for tourism but not for a business trip. We hardly managed to find the parking lot that is like 500 m far from the hotel and carrying luggages all the way from the parking lot to the hotel was a disaster. As it is located in the center, there is no access to the area nearby by car, it is all pedestrian way. The room was very outdated and even though it looked okay in the pictures, actually it was very very ugly. We were there only for one night so it was bearable for a single night.

Check in was ok. You have to go in to a restaurant to do that... On the way to the room you pass all the other rooms that aren't finished yet. The room itself feels very sterile and you feel like you're in a constitution. Heating was off when i got to the room so it was freezing. So was the bathroom. A proper word to describe the bathroom would be creepy. Feels like you're in a horror movie. When the next door neighbor uses the shower it makes a lot of noise within the walls. There's an air condition in the room which also makes a lot of noise. Otherwise everything seemed clean and room service is so kind to let the window stay open throughout the day so when you get back you're greeted with some nice cold air in the middle of january.... No view out the window btw... If you want to waste money this is the hotel for you. Extremely pricey considering what you get...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
One of the worst hotel stays I have had. Check in was okay, however once I got to my room, there were markings all up the wall, sticky bathroom floor, dirty carpets and a broken TV. I went back to reception to request a room change, and this was denied because, "there was nothing wrong with my room". The owner called me a liar, without even checking the room. He said he would send someone to my room. 20 minutes later, someone came to my room to inspect and they agree with me on everything and told the owner. The owner then said he didn't have any other rooms available and they were completely full. I understood and asked for a small refund as a sweetner for me to continue to stay in the hotel, this aggravated the owner and he said no continuously. I had no other choice but to sleep in the room, although I had to buy a sleeping bag as I did not feel clean in staying on the bed. I will never return to this hotel whilst under the current management.
