I love the lobby and breakfast room. This place is so cute. My room was much bigger than expected and it was very quiet despite facing the street. The staff was soooo helpful and nice. They made sure from the moment that I walked in that I was getting the most out of my experience in Amsterdam.

Very nice staff, helpful with local spots and just generally very kind. Great location to central station, and access to rentable bikes is an essential for Amsterdam. Would come back in a heartbeat to this clean and cozy hotel

Bathroom could have used more shelf space and hooks but that is not out of the norm. I loved the rain shower head. It is convenient to the train station but was a bit of a hike to the other tourist areas. Several good restaurants nearby tho

Everything was great about the Hendricks. It’s a small central hotel and the staff are very attentive. The room was nice and large. My only suggestion is that there could have been more hooks or a towel rail in the bathroom. 2 hooks were not enough for 2 towels and 2 hand towels
