The hotel manager took us to the room, gave us a tour and helped with our heaviest bag. It was a super location and it was essentially a modern equipped full 1 br/1 ba apartment. When we revisit Maastricht we will def stay there!

Room was perfect for us. Although we were there for only one evening, it was centrally located to the historical district, had great amenities which allowed us to wash all our clothes as we had been living like nomads for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen ( Duschtür klemmt, abgewohnte Sitzecke ), zentral gelegen, deutschsprachig, Parkplatz am Haus, im Penthouse war alles da, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Geschirrspüler, Herd, also voll ausgestattet und auf der Dachterrasse (mit Sonnenschirm und Sitzgruppe und Liegen) kann man gut sitzen. Perfekt!

Zentral gelegen. Sehr laut bei öffentl. Veranstaltungen wegen der einfachen Fenster. Steile Treppen, auch in der Wohnung. Etwas lieblose Einrichtung.

Great little apartment right in the tourist areas of Maastricht. We had a lovely stay - except that the upper floor windows did not open due to an inexcusable installation of the curtain rods, which as they were blocked the windows from swinging open. Curtains could have easily been hung lower on the windows themselves and the windows would have opened. Combining no-opening windows with no air conditioning in a heatwave was pretty brutal. Staff was apologetic, but not helpful. Could be fixed in an hour by someone reasonably handy.

We spent 5 days in Maastricht and loved having this little oasis in the middle of the city. Shopping and restaurants are a close walk and the train station is a 20 minute walk over the bridge. We loved having plenty of space and amenities like a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Everyone we encountered at the property were friendly and accommodating. It was such a treat to spend a few days in the heart of the city, we’d definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent and the property is on the square. Sadly the delux apartment was anything but deluxe. We arrived to a closed door and a note to ring a number. Nobody was in the Reception, this was 3 pm. We finally gained access via a key fob. The apartment was dirty, the sofa and carpet were stained. There were dirty marks on the kitchen units, bathroom and floor and the shower leaked. It was and old, tired and dirty apartment that did not match the marketing. We tried to complain via Expedia as there was nobody physically present on site. Eventually the manager rang me and shouted at me. There was nothing she could do! She offered another apartment for the day after but could not guarantee it was in any better condition. We cleaned the apartment ourselves and stayed for 3 nights reluctantly. I have taken photos and will complain formally. Despite the perfect location I would never stay here again.

Great appartments in city center. It was our second stay. Cleanliness was not perfect. We found several dirty pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery on arrival. Staff was very fridndly and helpful.

Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Nur 2 Fenster mittelmäßig zum Lüften möglich. Tisch verrückt und Dreck darunter. Nicht wirklich dunkel, da nur Vorhänge da waren. Fehlende Informationen in Form einer Mappe wäre schön gewesen.

Eigenlijk de beste locatie voor een verblijf in Maastricht gezien de locatie, parkeeropties, ruime appartement en voorzieningen etc. Maar……inmiddels wel echt aan een renovatie toe. Badkamer stinkt bovendien naar riool en de schoonmaak moet echt beter. Zichtbare delen zijn schoon, maar bij het openen van de slaapbank komt de rotzooi van de vorige toeristen je tegemoet. Dus beter schoonmaken en (beetje) renoveren en dan komen we weer terug.
