Aria On Bank

Our 2 bedroom unit was very damp smelling. The windows are not double glazed so they do run when you wake up in the morning. I opened up all the windows each day but couldn’t get rid of the smell. Bathroom vinyl needs replacing.

This property was exactly as the photos showed on the website. Very clean and in a handy location. The staff were extremely helpful. Great communication and they did exactly as they said they would. The beds were not overly comfortable, quite hard. This however is really depends on what kind of bed you prefer to sleep on. Overall totally impressed and great value for money.

The place is tidy and quiet. Enjoy our stay there!

Good quality motel at the Northern end of Dunedin CBD. Short walk to Botanical Gardens, good restaurants and picturesque buildings such as Otago University Clocktower and Dunedin Railway Station. Parking a bit tight, particularly as hotel on quite a slope (Called Bank for a reason!). Room comfortable and mezzanine floor a good use of space.

I dudnt like that they dont serve breakfast .u have to get yr own food ..besides that everything was perfect

Good value a very spacious unit with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Nice decor and had everything we needed. Husband loved both sky movies and sport on the TV. A few choices for eating within walking distance. Off the main road and easy to find. Parking available but a little tight for bigger vehicles. Would stay again

Always beautifully presented rooms. The on-site parking can be a challenge as very tight spaces especially if you have a medium to large vehicle. Room I got this time felt a bit musty as surrounded with vegetation-an HRV system and having plants trimmed back would be a good idea. Fantastic shower pressure!

Great stay at aria on bank, returning customer! Space and comfort is great , love the awesome firm bed and friendly team. The parking always keeps me on my toes and tests my best driving, and problem solving skills! Haha . I see the broken light on the fence which signals someone else might have potentially failed that test! See you next time 😊

Family run, very comfy great location, clean and tidy, local cat gorgeous. Room small but all we needed. It was great value

Sehr freundliches Personal, Unterkunft an sich sehr passend, allerdings ist es sehr laut und die Ganzkörperspiegel sind nicht sehr praktisch angebracht. Duschkopf hängt sehr niedrig (ist fest montiert).

Very friendly and helpful host who walked me to my room. Spacious and beautifully presented accomodation with nice touches like big fluffy robes and very nice linen & towels. Parking was a bit tricky but one can get use to it pretty quickly. Easy walk to beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens, New World Supermarket and the fantastic Beam me up Bagels who make the best bagels in New Zealand & make best coffee. Also great SPCA Op Shop and other second hand shops in the area.
