My sister and I stayed here for 3 weeks - this is our second time at Aristotles (our first stay was 2 years ago) - and we were impressed with the friendly customer service and facilities. Last time the elevator was being repaired, so we were delighted it worked well this time, since we were on the top floor! Our rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious, with the kitchenette a plus. The close proximity to restaurants, supermarket, shops, bus stop into the city (all within walking distance), along with plenty of (free) guest parking made this a perfect location for us. Any concerns were dealt with immediately - for example, 3 days after we arrived, the small fridge in my room suddenly froze my milk and bread. Until then, the fridge worked just fine! When I returned to my room that afternoon, a new fridge was in its place, AND the manager, Aki had replaced my frozen loaf and frozen milk with a fresh loaf of bread and bottle of milk. The exact same brands I had originally bought. Aki mentioned that she took a photo to make sure she got the same items. Very thoughtful! When I found the spa bath a challenge to get in and out of, and mentioned my sister's room had a walk in shower, Aki offered to move me to a room with a walk in shower. Problem solved! The water pressure in the motel showers was wonderful! Best hot showers ever!
We highly recommend Aristotles to anyone staying on the North Shore, and will definitely return here again on our next visit Down Under.

Welcome was very warm and friendly we loved our location on the first floor especially for our older parents easy for their access as they have mobility issues. The area had a great range of eating places around it no need to drive.

Our stay was really good. The staff interaction was excellent. The location was close to our destination and we were given suggestions of where to dine.
Having a pool was the icing on the cake, it allowed us to cool off during the heat of summer.
