We had a lovely time and this was our favourite property in New Zealand. Owners and staff were friendly, nice location that we found quite walkable. The communal pool and cabana area were lovely, we liked that they had games and books. We were very happy with this stay and would definitely recommend/stay again

The view of the lake from the property was superb.
Pool was very comfortable and there were easily identified pool towels.
We just found it a bit far to walk to restaurants, but room facilities made preparation of a meal easy.
There was good communication from the property owners and it was easy to contact them if needed, which it wasn't.

A peaceful stay about 10 minutes walk to town along the beach. Outstanding views of the lake and sunset from our balcony. Nice heated pool too.

Great view. Really liked the layout of the apartment, the balcony, and the walk ability to nearby restaurants and the lake. The only downside is there's no elevator so you have to walk up to the second floor with your luggage, but it wasn't really a big deal. Very cute pool but not very large.

시설은 좀 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 가족이 머물기 좋은거 같고, 타우포 호수로 도보 이동이 가능해서 편리했습니다. 숙소 내 작은 온천도 좋았습니다.

Over the top great! Excellent rooms, very friendly staff. Nice location just away from the downtown crowd. Our room had a beautiful garden with view of the lake. Best of all our very own mineral outdoor spa. We stayed two nights and used the spa constantly. You really need to stay here!

Stort fint rum med komplett kök. Utsikt var begränsad, såg knapt sjön.
Hotellet är egentigen inte lämpad för barn, framförallt med hänsyn till poolen i trädgården som är farligt att ramla i både med och utan vatten. Rekommenderar att ändra hotellet till ' only adults'.

We are so happy we choose Baycrest. The room was amazing, very spacious, loved the kitchen(we didn’t make the best use of but next time we will). The highlight is the mineral thermal tub, amazing! Location is great for the lake access and walking distance to the downtown area. Staying at Baycrest is like staying with family. Thank you
