our door did not lock properly

Possibly the rudest host ive ever encountered. Dropped off staff under the covered lobby due to it being rainy and windy . Reception closed so phoned host who was on an airport run. On his return he parked us in . When asked if he could quickly let me out to return to my hospital duty he said not now he wanted to check his vanload in , my staff member objected and he said now youll have to wait till last , and was as rude as anyone could be . Digusting service . Would never reccomend anyone to stay there. Have written to the owner .

Error made with reservation where two rooms booked in by mistake. Contacted hotel immediately but they would not provide a refund for the second room. Unable to even speak to the manager who apparently doesn't have a phone number or an email address and never goes into the hotel??? very disappointed with the attitude of the manager. This kind of service is not how you retain repeat customers!! The check-in staff and driver to airport were great though.

Nice for the price, quick for the airport

Great prior to flying. Shuttle both ways and car storage.

Only had 1 staff member on site, who was responsible for check in as well as shuttling people to and from the airport. This made us wait for 20 minutes outside in the cold while we waited for them to return to check us in. The rooms need some TLC. simple things like, Toilet paper holders were missing, no privacy curtains on the front door, and a window was broken and kept open. Also, in the winter, you only have space heaters, and it would have been nice if they had been turned on before we arrived. Other than that, it was fine. Sheets were clean, though the mattress was uncomfortable, and the apartment provided a good amount of space.

Absolutely great place to stay if you're traveling to airport. Parking options while your away. Great staff - will book again

Concerned about slippery moss all over pathways as my mother is unsteady on her feet. This needs to be addressed for safety reasons. Otherwise overall stay was good.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and tidy and liked the pick up and drop off service to the airport.

The actual room was nice and seemed clean, comfortable bed. Very few Power points for charging devices which was annoying. Couldn’t find any mention of a deposit being charged on Expedia, but fyi they charge a $100 deposit at check in.

Besides my neighbors being loud at 1am I really enjoyed our overnight stay there. It's great value for money.
