Clean, comfortable, courteous. Very spacious. Gorgeous view. Easy walk to town and to boat for “glowworms”- wish we had more time there! Would definitely stay here again.

We were here only one night, but loved our stay! First, the staff is amazingly nice and kind! The location cannot be beat! It's legit right on the lake! We walked everywhere and the rooms are great! Highly recommend and was kind of sad we didn't have longer! We made our own dinner and sat outside at the table looking at the lake!

Fue el hotel más caro que pagamos en NZ y por mucho fue el que menos valor nos dió por nuestro dinero , es un motel de dos niveles sin elevador con el estacionamiento enfrente de las habitaciones , no tiene aviso socio ador en el baño , ni caja de seguridad , la ubicación igual q todos los hoteles frente al lago , hay muchas opciones iguales o mejores , con más onda para la zona y con mejores precios , el servicio de recepción muy amable , la regadera es para enanos hay q h agacharse para poder bañarse

Amazing stop over in a lovely lakeside village. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room and property were immaculate. Hotel offered beautiful views and walking proximity to all the town center has to offer. The kitchenette allowed us to grab some pasta at the grocery store and have a relaxed “home cooked” meal.

You couldn’t find a better place to stay. Beautiful lake front property with a view, spotlessly clean, very friendly property manager, extremely comfortable and quiet property. I loved the heater in the bathroom for chilly mornings and the heated towel rack. Also, I mistakenly left behind a backpack with important contents and the property manager has been extremely helpful in getting the items shipped to me. So grateful!

We had a lovely stay here, as we were touring on a Harley Davidson, Kerrie really looked after us and let us use the garage to keep the bike dry. The facilities here are superb, ask for room 14 which has one of the best lake views. Kerrie was an excellent host and really looks after the Customers. Breakfast in the room was great as well.

This place was phenomenal!! Wonderfully situated on the lake with an ideal view and convenient (walking distance) to literally everything. Clean, comfy, and well-appointed. An excellent hostess who gave wonderful advice, booked all experiences, made reservations for dinner, you name it; this cannot be under-rated, as the weather conditions change rapidly in Fjordland and having someone who can help with bookings, advice, and changes of plans was immeasurably helpful! The little touches were amazing - water on hand to refill bottles, great laundry facilities, ease of parking, etc...Cannot recommend this place highly enough!
