Tv in room was broken, no one on site after 7pm to repair this. Room not cleaned daily until requested for clean towels etc

The lift's were not working and in no hurry to fix them

Despite offering complimentary early check in if possible, not only was room not available but it wasn't available till 20min after the 2pm advertised time. After a long drive waiting an hour want reasonable. The lifts weren't working properly

Fairly close to airport. Could pay on arrival. No help to trolley luggage to room. Heat pump to cool/heat room. Washing machine/dryer available in room. In room there were no bread plates, no salt/pepper/tea towel. No window that could be opened to let in fresh air

Fantastic property at a reasonable price. Checking in and out was a breeze and the rooms were comftable and clean. Plenty of free carparking which was a bonus! This property will definitely become my go-to accommodation for future trips to Auckland.

Good location to Manukau City and local shops

Please do not use Expedia to book ur accomodation. They will steal your money

The reception staff are not very friendly. It does not cost money to smile and say Hi to your guest. Room only gets cleaned every 3 days which is not done properly anyways. No study desk or safe in the room. Rooms are very small and the TV on the wall is always in the way when walking around to the bed. Paid for a fridge and microwave separately and the fridge was not even a bar fridge.

Si sa situation est convenable car pas trop loin de toutes les commodités, plusieurs éléments négatifs font que je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. D’abord, notre chambre était infesté de fourmis, car pas nettoyée comme il faut. Il y’en avait partout. On a donc demandé à changer de chambre, surtout que nous séjournions pour 5 nuits. On a été surclassé sans frais supplémentaires (il n’y avait pas d’autres chambre de libre pour 5 nuits) Le dernier jour nous avons décidé de prendre le buffet du petit déjeuner. C’est beaucoup trop cher , 57 dollars NZD pour un buffet réduit au strict minimum, et surtout sans café. On a du payer 13 dollars de plus pour un café et un cappuccino. Sans compter que le serveur nous a réclamé 3 dollars de plus parce qu’il ne nous avait pas compté le buffet !!! Par comparaison, nous avions séjourné au début de notre voyage, au The Grand by Skycity, le buffet pour deux était deux fois moins cher et d’un niveau qualitatif digne d’un 5 étoiles. Enfin, la cerise (pourrie) sur le gâteau (pourri), l’hôtel qui m’avait confirmé, à notre départ, n’avoir rien à payé, puisque tout était déjà réglé, m’a prélevé une deuxième fois le montant du séjour, m’obligeant à saisir hotels.com pour contester et à faire opposition auprès de ma compagnie bancaire !!! On ne retournera jamais dans cet hôtel, je préfère autant aller dans un motel !

This is located close to southern motorway but is quiet and safe

Only one of the staff (men who checked me in) was nice the rest was awful to deal with. If you hate your job or can’t be bothered you should change. Lady I dealt with when I dropped off my bags was should change careers. Other than that the room is fine and has most things I needed, hot buffet breakfast was a bit cold so not great.

Zero after hours service. Room not serviced and no clean towels even on request as no service after hours. Tea and coffee not topped up. Milk was expired.

We stayed closer to the airport and away from the main city center but it was just a short 20 min drive to city center unless you hit rush hour traffic. Beautiful country.

We booked rooms at this property in February. When we arrived we found the property closed due to ongoing and extensive maintenance work. We had to scramble and book another property. Tradespeople working on the site said that we weren't the only guests to have a booking when the property was closed. I have just received an e-mail to review my stay in March. I will be checking my credit card to make sure that I haven't been charged. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The effort and stress involved was unacceptable and we didn't even stay.
