Our family of six stayed at Sudima Queenstown for five nights, and from check-in to check-out, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel at home—including a thoughtful surprise on my birthday, which truly made the stay even more special.
The morning breakfasts were delicious, parking was effortless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The overall ambience of the hotel is relaxing and beautifully maintained. My family also made great use of the gym facilities and couldn’t speak more highly of them.
Sudima has become our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Queenstown. The views from the hotel are some of the best we've seen, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We spent 3 nights at this property. We were impressed with the location, with shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket right next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the restaurant had the most delicious food. Highly recommend and will return again.

Great place for a one night stay before an early flight ate at the restaurant and it was a lovely meal and they provided an colouring pack for Miss 5 which is awesome as kept her occupied for the evening.

Great for families. They had a cot set up ready on arrival, super cute bedding and a little teddy bear which my son was over the moon about. Very thoughtful with little touches like a baby bath ready if we needed it. Breakfast was great plus all the staff were so lovely, helpful and did what they could to help us with two little children. Would definitely stay here again.
