Besides the unique Rotorua aroma, we were very happy with how spacious our room was for the four of us. This meant we weren’t tripping o we each other when relaxing before bed or getting flames to go out. Kitchen amenities were perfect for our needs and the staff were helpful and friendly when we a so Jed for more milk. An enjoyable experience and value for money in our view. Thank you 😊

Great stay and handy to everything. Efficient check in and we had our own wee patio and pool. Beds comfy and were able to check in slightly earlier. Would definitely stay again.

Great renovated property. Room was huge with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable. Rooms not serviced daily but extra towels were provided easily on request. Parking lot can get full at busy times. No lift. No locks on the inside of the doors.

We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. A little kitchen was useful. The big and a beautiful bathroom was a surprise. Thanks Rotorua for my special birthday!

Shower barely had water pressure and could not get any cold water - had to hold washcloth to soak up volcanically hot water and let it cool. Might as well have used the sink!
It’s also challenging to park here even with a small car. Limited and awkward spaces.
