Angle Villa

I booked for a friend, it was confirmed, when she got there, the hotel said they don’t have a room. She had reached the property past midnight, she was exhausted. While I was trying to get her an uber ride, I asked that they allow her to take a seat, they asked her to leave because they are fumigating. In the whole property, they couldn’t give her a chair. Within minutes from booking, when I asked hotels.com for a refund, the hotel ignored their emails and phone communications for days. Zero refund came from the property. Avoid this property at all cost. They don’t have a shred of humanity. They are lazy, nonchalant, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and unprofessional.

Good location in Lekki. Family holiday and we had 4 rooms on different floors and parts of the hotel. Check in was okay but staff need to be trained to be warmer and sharp when receiving guests. I had been travelling for hours and was exhausted and the lady at checkout looked bored and tired. My room was not very clean and I showed housekeeping dust and dirt which they took the time to clean the following day. The sheets are brown and yellowed and should be replaced. The chair was dirty and stained. The fridge smelled like something had died in there and despite the complaint this was not addressed by the hotel. The one thing I liked was that the air-conditioning was cool but not all the sockets were working and so charging devices was a game of chance.

Found faeces on the bedsheets first night! Ruined my stay outright!
