Actually quite disappointed! The hotel was under renovation. We were not notified regarding this prior to arrival, even when we arrived, we were not told. When i spoke to the duty manager regarding it, he said he will speak to the general manager and get back to me. This Never happened! Also on the second morning we were having breakfast, there was a big mouse that was trying to sneak out of the hole in the wall into the restaurant. Very bad! There was a poor selection of TV channels; half of what was available wasnt even viewable, just a black screen. Basically we didnot receive what we saw on their website or on the hotels.com app. The room was ok and the only thing i enjoyed was there meals, rice and chicken or with goat meat. Good portions.

Amazing staff and clean property

This place is just basic. Nothing exceptional for the price. Their team especially at the restaurant needs to get a proper training in hospitality. Moreover the towels wasnt good for the standard. Indeed, they were tattered. Improvements must be done there. The gym is extremely tiny. A bit disappointed by the premise.

As an American in Nigeria, the staff at this property were the most kind and helpful I found. They went out of their way to make me feel safe & welcome. The GM Elizabeth was so helpful when I encountered an issue. I will be forever grateful to her and her staff!

The past few months I have stayed in several hotels, none of them met my expectations in terms of the facilities, food, staff, etc. Hence why i tried a different hotel everytime. However i think i have finally found the ONE, SV Chrome. The rooms were clean, everything works, the amenities are modern and the food was fresh and taste good. The staff were always available to help without any hesitation. This is now my place to stay in Abuja whenever i visit. I highly recommend SV chrome.

The hotel management did not honor the full suite of services on my bookings through Expedia such as Free Breakfast, King Size bed.

L'hôtel est propre autant dans les parties communes que dans les chambres, il est facile d'accès. Des efforts doivent être fait sur le bar/restaurant, le café était infect et le cocktail que jai commandé très basique.

It was just a little bit OK staying in the hotel. I expected much more. The TV didn’t have many channels. It was also breaking in transmission making it difficult to watch some channels. When the electricity went off it took some time to go back on whether it was via the generator or main electricity supply (Nepa) There will be no light for at least a good 10 mins or more. The AC had no bed switch to control. Some of the facilities was broken. I expected the hotel to be a bit more cleaner. It was ok but could have more of a cleaning maintenance standard especially as this is COVID time era. Some items listed on the menu were not available to order. But the staffs were very nice friendly and helpful. I may have some seconds thought of staying there again. If the management can do an overhaul of the maintenance conditions and standard the hotel will be an excellent place to stay.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, bis ich am Tag vor meinem Abflug einen positiven Covid Test hatte. Von da war es vorbei mit der Freundlichkeit, Kooperation oder Kulanz Fehlanzeige. Trotz Intervention durch die deutsche Botschaft wurde ich quasi gezwungen, das Hotel zu verlassen. Mir wurde erzählt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht wäre, was definitiv gelogen war. Ich benötigte eine 14tägige Quarantäne Unterkunft, was laut deutscher Botschaft in ähnlichen Fällen problemlos möglich war. Aber hier wollte man mich einfach nur loswerden! Hier geht es rein um das Management, das restliche Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch war das Essen sehr gut, wenn auch die Wartezeit oft etwas sehr lang war, das Zimmer war sauber und der Roomservice sehr gut. Ich würde immer wieder dort unterkommen, wenn das Management nicht so dermaßen unfreundlich und um kooperativ gewesen wäre.
