Very close to reach the trains and buses. Easy system to use. In-house dining and snacks if needed. Room was small but comfortable and clean. A bit noisy on the streets at night but it may just have been the room I was in and the way I was facing. It's very convenient to everything and the check-in process is automated and very easy.

Everything here is great! We lost hat and sunglasses, they found for us. Really appreciate! Only one thing needed to improve, which is the faucet in the wash room always turns lesser water by itself. But that is not a big issue. We still want to give this place a five star rating.

This hotel was amazing ! It was in the perfect location , walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself had alotttt of amenities . There were two restaurants attached to it that were delicious and super esthetic. It have a laundry room , game area , tv room, multiple meeting offices , and it was self service which I love !

It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor.

Quick and efficient contactless check-in process. Great facilities downstairs in the communal areas, from games to meeting rooms to vending machines, microwaves and tea and coffee. Room was sufficient albeit a little basic (no TV, ironing facilities or coat hangers) but nothing significant enough to spoil the experience. Excellent location within walking distance of Oslo S rail station, the Opera House and many other locations in Oslo City.

Revamped modern hotel in the centre of Oslo Good central position. Good comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Nice Bathroom. Good for sleeping. Hotel good but basic (by Norwegian standards a budget hotel). No kettle in the room- a kitchen for communal use. No TV able to use WiFi. No glasses or cups in the room - however paper cups provided in the communal kitchen. (No water provided). Although basic Citybox did provide an okay stay.

Near a strip club city looked dirty and run down Staff office, which we went to 4 times regarding issues was disorderly and cluttered. One of our rooms had not been cleaned, so we had to get another room. When we needed help or information, the staff was casual and unprofessional.
