Très bon rapport qualité prix, surtout pour la Norvège.
Chambres agréables et bien chauffées.
Aucun point négatif.
Personnel très accueillant et efficaces.
Je ne comprends pas certains commentaires négatifs. On dirait qu'ils n'ont pas été dans le même hotel que moi.
Petite hypothèse personnelle : Ne serait ce pas le fait que les propriétaires soient chinois, qui motive ces commentaires, plutôt que la réalité des prestations ?

Ganske bra for å overnatte . Ligger nært til sentrum. Har alt man trenger. Vennlige ansatte. Hotellet er rolig,liten, rent.

Hyggelig betjening, Fantastisk god kinesisk mat nede i restauranten. Helt greit hotellrom, ikke nyeste standard ,men greit nok :)

... aber man darf halt einfach auch nicht zuviel erwarten.
Ist schon etwas abgewohnt, Leselampen am Bett sind locker und nicht zum lesen geeignet.
Doppelzimmer mit einem Tisch und einem Stuhl. Matratzen etwas zu weich .

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm. There was no staff there during our stay and when they did show up, they were very unfriendly. Lots of people queued up to try and leave bags and check in. Since there are limited planes that arrive, you'd think they would be there knowing that there would be people wanting to drop their bags - especially when the footpaths are covered in ice. Breakfast situation was odd - we didn't try it after seeing it was a tray left in the kitchen (a converted motel room and pretty bleak). Forget asking for information about the town as there was no one there to ask. Common areas were a bit dirty. It was cheaper than other places in town but might be worth paying a little extra.

Price was right. The owner was super helpful in our 1:30 a.m. arrival. No one was ever at the front desk (perhaps i didn't know procedures).

I appreciate that they left our room key out for us. We were there to sleep while waiting to go on a cruise the following day. I would say that most of the people who also went on the cruise stayed at another hotel but for the price and distances to the shopping center it wasn't bad. I wish the restaurant had later hours but there was a pub about a block away.

Podría ser mucho mejor y el primer paso sería mejorar el servicio al cliente: no responden ni a los correos ni a los teléfonos que ellos mismos han designado. Por lo demás, una remodelación tampoco le iría mal.

Fikk aldri bekreftelse fra dere om booking av rom.Måtte vente ca. 30 min. før vi fikk sjekket inn.Rom var enkelt, litt slitt, men rent.Ingen ansatte som snakket norsk og heller dårlig engelsk.Måtte hele tiden vente i resepsjonen når vi ville ha kontakt.

This hotel was was a perfect budget one night stay while we waited on the coastal ferry to take us south. The room was as advertised and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dumb waiter to move luggage to higher floors rather than carrying up stairs was welcome after a long day of traveling.
