Très bel hôtel sur l’île de Sommaroy.
2 jacuzzi en plein air et un sauna avec vue sur le lac .
Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le lac au Nord . Ch 306 idéale pour voir les aurores boréales en saison depuis son lit !
Repas excellent au restaurant le soir .
Petit déjeuner très complet

Such a lovely cool hotel with fabulous views. Large window in room which was great with the fantastic views. I only stopped one night but would definitely be worth stopping a bit longer to take advantage of what the hotel offers and some of the trips.
Very spacious room. Complimentary coffee. Food served all day. Very easy to get to from Tromso, fab journey, great scenery.
My trip was April, but would like to return during the winter.

The location of our home was exceptional. Beautiful views. The hike itself was very spacious as well but did lacy a few amenities. Blow dryer, coffee, water, etc. would be nice to have that included. The front desk staff was for the most part unfriendly and honestly rude.

We staying in a self catering cabin. It was warm, clean, comfortable and looked out over the water. Perfect for exploring beautiful Sommarøy.
This isn't luxury accommodation but it was great for what we wanted.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for one meal. It's was OK but not brilliant.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen einmaligen Blick von unserem Balkon. Jeden Abend konnten wir von unserem Balkon aus die Nordlichter bewundern. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt und es könnte dort häufiger geputzt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt

Wunderbare 7 Tage in Sommarøy Arctichotel verbracht. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Natur. Sauna war nach einem Tag am Berg super. Freundliches Personal, schöne Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Kleine Speisekarte aber sehr gut. Tee, Kaffee, Wasser immer gratis zur Verfügung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Innerhalb der 7 Tage wurde allerdings das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Vielleicht müsste man das anfordern, keine Ahnung wie das dort üblich ist. Ich habe mir selber geholfen😅
Leider kein Kleiderkasten oder ausreichend Ablagen für Kleidung vorhanden.
Auf jedenfall empfehle ich dieses Hotel weiter

What an amazing experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us and didn't get to fully experience the island as we wished but prior to booking I was told the bath house was fully booked but when I enquired on arrival it was available! We really enjoyed this experience. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful! Would definitely visit again

Quite remote and very calm and serene. Excellent place to see the Northern Lights if the weather is clear. If Northern Lights is your goal then you probably should stay in Tromso City and book a van tour that drives you around to the best location for viewing depending on the conditions.
